I kinda want Snyder to just make an "original" superhero franchise just using his Batman and Superman takes for "new" characters just to get him and the #SnyderCut people kinda just go away to their weird unpleasantly written island.

The problem with that is when they got shit reviews and horrible box office people would come to theorize Marvel and / or DC deliberately sabotaged them.

Honestly, I think in the right hands there’s a decent story to tell about a sadistic, murderous Batman. Or a Superman who never truly clicks as human and always ends up as an outsider, with a dicey relationship with humanity. But I don’t think anyone wants to see that in the mainline, Earth-1 movies. I certainly don’t, but as a one and done Elseworlds movie? Sure! Take the Joker movie coming out. I don’t care if they go completely off the rails with stuff because it’s being marketed, and treated as a stand-alone new interpretation on a classic character. This isn’t gonna be the big screen Joker for years to come, it’s completely its own thing.

Another angle of the killer Batman debate is his relationship with the police. Justice League establishes that Gordon and Batman are close allies, and the GPD turns a blind eye to Batman's activities because it gets results.
In effect, the Snyderverse has a vigilante tooling around in an armored tank, machine gunning criminals into burger meat on the streets of Gotham, and it's all sanctioned by the police.
It's one thing to turn a blind eye when Batman is leaving criminals with cuts, bruises and the occasional broken bone, it's another thug entirely when you have to send cleanup crews to scrape off the pavement whatever is left of Batman's targets the previous night.

Hell that was a major plot point of the dark knight returns... The comic snyder claims to love and was pretty clearly at least somewhat where the story was lifted from. The police are after him but don't ramp up wholesale until it looks like he killed Joker

It’s a Snyderversary Charlie Brown Just imagine a Snyder version of Peanuts. Snoopy's a vicious dog who hates Charlie Brown, Charlie's an asshole who gives up on everything (and it's not built to and treated as something heartbreaking like in the Peanuts Movie when he gave up), Lucy's addicted to drugs, Linus is a crime load, Woodstock is constantly attacked by Snoopy, and Patty is just there.

He thinks its Mortal Kombat He saw all the marketing for MK vs. DCU pitting Batman against Sub-Zero and figured they're basically the same character.

On Batman killing people:Yes, a dream world called a comic book. It isn't the real world either, Zack. People were angry because you were doing a disservice to an important part of what makes Batman, Batman. For that matter this is true with Synder's take on Superman. Which is that he always finds a better way than killing people. You failed Zack, get over it. No one liked moody superman and murderdozer Batman. something I just noticed "living in a dream world" does... does Zack Snyder think Comic Book Heroes are real? cause if not... he's still talking about Fictional Characters that by definition live in a dream world...
