If I could make anyone in history tap out, it would be....Zack Snyder. Truth be told I'm not a big fan of....Ray Fisher

It's been 10 years to today when the Snyder Tumult was born with the U.S. release of Man of Steel.

Boy, Snyder fans are pissed at Michael Rosenbaum for asking Gunn to make Lex not like the BvS Lex.
I still say that Rosenbaum's the best live action Lex Luthor we've ever gotten. Clancy Brown in the Animated Series is still the best Lex overall.

And despite this, you have brick heads like Aaron Fischer insisting the ringing endorsement is fake or necccersary for Henry to have a chance of appearing in future movies if the Snyderverse is required in the event of an underpeformance. Yeah... if the new DC universe fails... the massively Underperforming Snyderverse isn't going to be brought back... if anything they dump the DC universe concept as a whole and stick to Batman movies.

Lionel slowly putting his influence on Lex was a fun watch

Yeah... if the new DC universe fails... the massively Underperforming Snyderverse isn't going to be brought back... if anything they dump the DC universe concept as a whole and stick to Batman movies. And consider how long it would take for WB to decide the new DC is a failure: the soonest Legacy will come out is 2025, there's TWO Batman films coming down the pike, and a handful of other movies that will probably be successful on the strength of being new ideas. If the new DC does wear out it's welcome, the soonest it will do so is maybe 2030. Jason Momoa would be in his 50s by then. Ben Affleck would be almost 60. Gal Gadot might be retired by then. Ezra Miller might be in prison by then. Hell, "superhero fatigue" might actually have set in, for real this time. They can keep banging that drum all they want, but time will continue to move on with or without them. It's just a matter of running out the clock at this point.

Snyder himself will be almost 65... though he'd probably still be talking about all the obvious symbolism we clearly missed... that was either massively obvious or something he literally made up yesterday.

Jon Cryer is my favorite Lex in terms of being a magnificent bastard. But Rosenbaum's Lex is a great portrayal in its own right.
Really, anything's better than Jesse Eisenberg's Lex, though at least he's a better human being than Kevin Spacey. That was awful.

Yeah, I know Lois & Clark hasn't aged well and is barely remembered, but John Shea doesn't get enough love as Luthor. He was the first to portray the Post-Crisis version of the character in live action and was so captivating that the entire show lost direction when they wrote him out.
