They did the exact same match when Bray Wyatt jobbed to Taker, and I'd say it will have similar effects such as Bray sliding down the card to midcard underdog, Cena not being able to beat either Roman Reigns or Taker makes him no longer Big Match John. He's gonna be the jtts for the forseeable future and probably put over several new talent before he gets gifted the 17th World title win. They had some of the same spots, but the Wyatt match was far more competitive.

Cena acted like an entitled shithead and caught a well-deserved beating for it. I loved it. John Cena spent the better part of the last two months complaining about how he wasn't going to get a WrestleMania moment and when WrestleMania rolls around, he just serves as the crash test dummy for Undertaker's WrestleMania moment. I thought it was a solid bit of storytelling. What I thought of was The Joker's rant in the hospital during "The Dark Knight," how he doesn't really have a plan, he's just a dog chasing cars who wouldn't know what to do if he caught one. Cena's plan was one step: call out the Undertaker. As soon as he got him, he was baffled and it led to him getting his ass beat. He was chasing a car, he caught one, and he had zero idea what to do with it.

Yes, but he squashed Elias. Even did the 5 moves of doom.
