Lemme get this straight... Yall think that Vince isn't gonna use Lesnar to beat Punk's title length and yet yall think he's still petty enough to counter All In? The whole damn Punk butthurt needs to die already. The idea that nobody can ever have a longer title reign (even with a different title) than him from now on is bullshit. Yeah. The company is so set on that Punk thing. I recall when the Universal Title first came and reports came out saying that officials were debating about having Reigns surpass Punk's title reign but little did we know (but we expected), Reigns still couldn't get over so it never happened. The company's lucked their way into this Lesnar thing. Reigns kept f***ing up and Lesnar kept holding the belt. Either way the entire thing is just dump. They're a petty company.

The only way I'd see it is if they have a network special hyping their first major show since SummerSlam 1994 at the United Center and making such a huge deal out of it with a similar card to GRR... But minus a 50 man Rumble.
They sold out the venue a few months ago, for a house show.

WWE already did the most important thing they could've done to counter against "All In" back on March 20th.

I doubt they care much. It's not like All In's going to make much, if any money. I doubt the people traveling are going to want to spend a ton on WWE after spending a lot on plane tickets for literally one show. The venue's already sold out, which likely means a house of something just south of $1 million. It's already made a good deal of money, unless the feeling is that it'll lose too much in added production value?

What exactly CAN WWE do?
They can announce a competing show, but that's not going to make the 10,000 people who bought tickets for All In, suddenly rip up their tickets and abandon it for some token WWE house show. All In isn't being put on TV, to my knowledge, so WWE can't counter with anything there.

I mean this is the company that created an entire UK tournament and belt just because they were shitting their lingerie about the World Of Sport tapings so I wouldn't put it past them but don't see it happening. The show sold out so the Bucks & friends have proven all they need to.

There's nothing WWE can do. Bucks and Cody already sold it out, so what would running a show accomplish?

What is the point now? The show already sold out.

I totally agree that they're gonna use Lesnar to set the new "modern standard" bar...whether that was a long term plan OR they just kinda stumbled into it given how Lesnar's dates have worked is up for debate though I guess.

They may not bother doing anything to this show considering it is sold out already but there is absoloutley no way they are not planning to sign up everyone from this show that they can before they get a chance to do this again next year.
I expect them to give the bucks , Cody and Kenny everything they want ...boat loads of money and maybe not total but the most creative freedom of anyone else in the E.

At this point I can't see how Cody or the Bucks would bother with WWE while the gravy train is going at full blast. The Young Bucks are far more valuable doing what they're doing now instead of just getting some token WWE tag title run and largely doing nothing in WWE. Cody is far more successful now than he was in WWE. Why would he remotely even want to go back and be a midcard guy again?
Omega though...that's interesting. He's booked for All In, will probably main event the show if they're smart, but he's not really getting the financial windfall here since he wasn't involved in booking this show.

Not only do I think Vince won’t go against it, I think he’ll congratulate Cody at some point for it.

There's nothing WWE can do. Bucks and Cody already sold it out, so what would running a show accomplish? Not sure I've seen this mentioned yet, but if it's streaming, there could be more than just the 10,000 watching live from the arena. There is considerable buzz around this event and with the All In moniker being real (all the indies eggs in this basket, plus NJPW guys and ROH, the possibility of CM Punk, etc), this can be an epic show that will expose fans to a new wrestling product. WWE has already broken into UK as a response to the ITV tapings. They did do that StarrCade house show on the same weekend as WrestleCon. I mean, it's not unheard of for them to do a live streaming house show (they've done Roadblock and that MSG event). Not that they will, but if there's enough interest going around for All In and it is streaming online on a day with no competition, what's to stop WWE from having a SummerSlam main event rematch at a house show shortly after, airing live on the Network? Granted, it's a stretch, but not unheard of for WWE. I do wonder if they counter-programmed against it though if people would be willing to call it out for what it is.

Yeah I think in this case WWE would look like ultra petty douches if they did. And frankly I don't think it would even work. Yay, Roman vs. whoever at some lame show vs. All In? Bah. I'd watch All In. You can watch whatever WWE show on the Network later.
Traditionally that Labor Day/Post SS time period is a dead zone for WWE anyway. In that regard it's a good move to schedule All In for Sept. 1. Also, NJPW isn't really doing anything during that post G1 lull so it frees up Okada, Omega, etc. to go.

Ticket sales (and I don't know if this is before or after fees) came out to under $500,000. After all the random costs and salaries, there ain't gonna be much left over.

How could you possibly know that? If they sold out a 10K seat arena, I'm pretty sure there's plenty of profit margin in there. Not to mention there's still merch and iPPVs to sell.
