Could be nothing, but according to people who attended the recent Trek Cruise, Jonathan Frakes has dropped a good amount of weight and grown in the full Riker beard. Gotta admit, I'll mark the f*** out if big Willie T. shows up in this. It's just for an episode focused on Thomas wondering if anyone's ever going to come get him out of the labor camp. I'd take that; I didn't like how DS9 just left him there with no follow up. Much as I like Will, Thomas was always a much more interesting character.

Much as I like Will, Thomas was always a much more interesting character. Peter David did something with him in the novel Imzadi 2. Canon there are some interesting and boring ways to go. Boring is that as soon as no one is paying attention he dies in an "accident". Or when the new Cardassian civilian government takes over he is released. Interesting things that could be done are Section 31 getting him out to join them. Or when the Cardassians joined the Dominion him getting brainwashed to be a weapon (depends of what the Enterprise was doing back then besides the Baku incident).

Thomas Riker in Section 31 would be really interesting.

Go in a completely different direction and have Patrick Stewart portray Picard as a live action Avery Bullock

So why the hell have they sold international rights when their own service is available internationally?

So why the hell have they sold international rights when their own service is available internationally? In the UK and Ireland, it’s not. What makes it weirder is that we do have CBS TV channels it could probably go on...except they might not have the budget for it? I have no idea.

The first two seasons of Discovery were reportedly 100% funded by the money Netflix paid for international rights. I'm guessing they're going the same route with Picard.

That makes all the sense in the world, then.

So he didn't listen to Jim Kirk's advice and became an admiral. The vineyard is a nice little homage to "All Good Things," meaning some parts of that alternate future did come true.

Dreading the moment Michael Burnham somehow shows up to teach him a vital life lesson. I choked on food reading that. Thanks lol and Yeah, not sure what to think about this show. Not a whole lot of details about it so far but it sounds and looks unlike anything we've seen in Star Trek before. Curious how they present it.
