I'd have shamed his ass; I'd be like, "Sorry - I don't shake hands with guys too cowardly even to ring the f***ing bell." He'd know what I was talking about.
Then again, I'm too old to care what would happen to my candidacy if I decided to "big league" him that way.

The woman involved, Rochelle Loewen, said Orton dumped her tanning oils and lotions into her expensive bag after they had a bad first encounter. She also said Vince personally called her to apologize and the company paid her for the damage. Yeah, she said he dumped shit in her bag, as in a bunch of shit, not literal feces Wow, never heard that before, only knew the "board meme"

Brave is the writer who accepts a chocolate covered pretzel from him That was the swag bag at his last oscar party, a Gucci handbag filled with chocolate covered pretzels.

Randy Orton being an asshole early in his career, color me surprised lol Thank god he found a family and had kids and turned into a mature adult tho because who knows what would have happened with him if he kept his same lifestyle He'd lose his smile, retire, find god, come back and get in the hall of fame?

Maybe he was just trying to ensure that Miz kept losing.

This is the sort of stuff that can cause a lot of damage if WWE were to get any more popular in this environment. Main stream press would eat this up

Honestly, with the way me and some of my friends act with each other, even now as a 35 year old man, I would have whipped my own shit out, shook his hand, and pulled him in CLOSE for a hug, possibly kissing him on the cheek.
And I either would be immediately fired or I would currently be WWE'S head writer.

WWE would like to wish Randy Orton's penis the best in it's future endeavours.

Court doesn't know if he would have shaken his 'hand' or not.

"Well, Randy, we know it was 13 years ago, and that you're a different person now, but someone might complain to Snickers. You're fired, and we've filed a criminal complaint against you with the Stamford Police."

You mean all the stories we hear about these jock guys acting like jocks in the locker room is true?! I am not surprised, and while it may not be appropriate or fair or any of that, it is what it is. I find I dont care. It was clearly Randy's idea of 'rib' and while clearly inappropriate, wasn't meant as sexual harassment or anything like that. It was just a dick being a dick with a dick. We know these guys do this shit to each other, I dont understand why people are acting so shocked. Better they do this sort of stuff where no one actually gets hurt, then sticking cocaine up their nose all night every night. When it comes to sexual harassment, intent does not enter into it. If it did, all someone would have to say is 'I WAS JUST JOKING!' and it'd be over. (Allegedly) The man whipped out his dick at a writer. Would intent enter into it if the writer was a woman?

Better they do this sort of stuff where no one actually gets hurt, then sticking cocaine up their nose all night every night. So, couple things: 1. You can't excuse a legitimate act of sexual harassment (and, yes, that's what this is) as a prank or "rib" just because you didn't 'intend' for it to be perceived that way. Like, in what other context could pulling your dick out, waving it in front of someone, and trying to touch them after grabbing it possibly be taken as? 2. Knowing this shit happens in wrestling doesn't prevent it from being shocking. Just shows how sleazy WWE is as a company that they allow it. 3. Doing something that affects other people isn't better than doing something that only affects you. I don't know if anything will happen from this; Snickers has shown that they're pretty willing to force WWE's hand on stuff. But this isn't one of those things where "I'm a different person now" applies.

I don't know what the statute of criminal limitations is, but if it's not passed, then Bauer should be pressing charges if he wants something to be done about it.

If true that's actually unexpected. Doesn't look like it is. Going through the links, 411 cites Meltzer but links to Wrestlingnews.co. WrestlingNews doesn't even cite a source other someone said "WWE is looking into the matter". WrestlingNews.co is also one of our banned sites for making shit up.The Observer later published an article with the quote from WWE. There is a link in a post I made a page or so after this.

I’m about ready to give up on 411 as a source at all. They literally claim it’s from the Wrestling Observer, but link somewhere that has no mention of the Observer. Shady shady, 411!

A lot of sites know their readerbase is "People without an Observer subscription" and that their scoops are mostly "Stuff we heard thanks to our Observer subscription", so sometimes people will attribute shit to Meltzer for credibility, because the dumbass running wrestlingnews.co has all the credibility of one of those "Hi you're wanted by the FBI please call us immediately or we'll arrest you" calls.
