"Well, Randy, we know it was 13 years ago, and that you're a different person now, but someone might complain to Snickers. You're fired, and we've filed a criminal complaint against you with the Stamford Police." If it's true, then I dare them to treat it as harshly as they did with Hogan and his private racist comments

Neither should be compared to the other and both deserve to not be downplayed to a "which is worse" discussion.

I'd be surprised if WWE did anything and if so we know how it'll go. Orton's gonna do something dangerous to his opponent, sit out a month and come back already more dangerous than he is now. Yeah it's f***ed up that he did this but if it took that racism/Gawker situation to take Hogan down then I doubt this is gonna impact Orton.
I am interested in knowing what is going to be the big story that breaks into the WWE in regards to sexual harassment and all the bad stuff they've done. It's hitting everything else, just hasn't hit the WWE yet.

I'm more comparing the passage of time to the level of punishment to the crime, regardless of what was done. They're both horrible things, I'm just curious that if the MSM gets a hold of this Orton story AND if it's true, will he be rendered persona non grata for a few years until it all blows over?

I would have grabbed his dick and asked him whom he wanted his conversation with, Vince, Stephanie or HR. Then I would have went to that office, pulling him by the dick all the way. This would make the perfect beginning to the WWE porn I'm writing.

Hopefully people don’t go back a few years ago to those former wwe writer podcasts like David Lasanga’s because those stories about Stephanie and potential male writers being interviewed when she was early into being head of creative are a male MeToo controversy waiting to happen and I was surprised when those stories were told nobody batted an eye.

If true that's actually unexpected. Doesn't look like it is. Going through the links, 411 cites Meltzer but links to Wrestlingnews.co. WrestlingNews doesn't even cite a source other someone said "WWE is looking into the matter". WrestlingNews.co is also one of our banned sites for making shit up. It is? Well, shit. That's one of my go-to sources for stuff.

It’s crazy some dude was listening to old podcasts and posted about it on reddit and now WWE is investigating it. The internet is a powerful thing.

Better they do this sort of stuff where no one actually gets hurt, then sticking cocaine up their nose all night every night. You do realize that someone can have a drug addiction and also commit sexual harassment, right? It doesn't have to be one or the other. In fact, none other than Randy Orton himself had a drug addiction for many years. How about not indulging in drugs and also not sexually harassing others? Is that not a possibility? If the story is true, then Orton was hurting others with his behavior. You can't make the excuse that he was just ribbing "the boys," as these people were hired on as writers - they weren't one of "the boys" - not that it would be okay to subject other wrestlers to that behavior, either. If this happened to me in the workplace, I'd go straight to human resources and report it, and I'd refuse to return to work until the guilty party was removed from the workplace. It's absolutely repulsive behavior. Unfortunately, human resources is probably an absolute joke in WWE - you'd probably have to pursue legal action to get anywhere.

Honestly if the WWE is going to start investigate incidents of this nature from the past they’ll need to hire several full time employees for the next several years to do so
Jeez and that’s not even accounting for stuff that made it to the air like the whole Lita shaming and Trish barking like a dog

The head of the WWE HR (according to the WWE corporate website) is Terra Ryzin.

Jeez and that’s not even accounting for stuff that made it to the air like the whole Lita shaming and Trish barking like a dog Stuff that went to air was consenting adults acting for a TV show. As someone who was sexually harassed when I was 18 (someone exposed themselves to me), it's no joke. The fact I still think about it 12 years later proves that. It's a shame that people have the mindset of "oh he only got his junk out, so what?"
