This is exactly what I came to post. Loved the game, but the ending BLOWS!
After all the hours invested the ending was a giant and insulting middle finger. It still boggles my mind they came up with that
I was pissed when I saw that ending, I ended up yelling. "Then what was the f***ing point of all that" |

King of Fighters XI - Magaki. End of story. And yes, I have heard heard my share of horror stories about Igniz in KOF 2001, but I had not gotten to him. So Magaki is my nightmare. The funny thing is that I always had WAY more problems with Original Zero than Igniz. |

Only times I ever got annoyed with escort mission was Resident Evil 4 with Ashley and Metal Gear Solid 2 with Emma. The Emma escort missions annoyed me more especially when the swimming part of the game came through. |

For some odd reason, I don't seem to mind them in the first two Dead Rising games, though the first one is debatable. |

Mario 2 being nothing but a dream. I don't understand why that matters- it's still a great game. Bad storytelling though. And Mario is a story-based game. I understand why they did it, since it's so different from both 1 and 3, they kinda had to kick it out of the canon, but it still feels like I did absolutely nothing. This wouldn't be a problem if it were like Tetris or something. |

Red Dead Redemption. The ending didn't sit well with me, games should at least give you a chance to win.
Same with telltale games, especially the Game of Thrones one. Don't say you can determine the story if everything is predetermined except for light cosmetic points.

Especially in Dead Rising. Red Dead Redemption. The ending didn't sit well with me, games should at least give you a chance to win. I HATE those kind of endings because you've spent hours (And sometimes multiple games) keeping your MC alive only for him to die anyway. |

Any time you have a game where multiple "missions" are going on at the same time. You finish one out of order, it throws the whole sequence off.
Yeah, you can still win the game, but you have all this extra stuff that you've wasted time and lives to pick up...for no reason.

I am not really feeling screwed over, but since the disc spinner on my PS3 recently stopped working, the only games I can play are the ones saved on the hard drive (FYI, I really regret not saving Valkyria Chronicles on the hard drive).
The game I am currently playing is Tales of Symphonia. I have been screwing myself due to my disdain for the Zelos character. I just figured out that if you use him as the on screen character, his tendency to hit on anything with a vagina (regardless of age) leads to nearly every female npc you talk to giving you free shit. Sometimes it is small item. Sometimes it is cash. Sometimes it is rare and useful items. I wish I knew that all along.

I'm somewhat fine with FFXV but yeah we are going to have to shelve out money for a 3rd time when they do the Ardyn and Noctis stories which is a blow
