i'm surprised vince kept the belt on brock for so long then. doesn't brock not own a phone? could have sworn there was a heymen interview I read about here where he said when he was to contact brock he was supposed to call a payphone a mile from brock's house or something like that at a certain time each day or he'd have no way to get in touch with him. vince would go nuts if that was the case.
"sorry brock but this time we're REALLY letting roman beat you for the title. I mean, I can't have my champion talking to be via payphone."
<Brock looks up slightly interested at the word "pay" then realizes vince isn't talking about a raise and lets vince ramble on while brock ignores him>

Vince dictates a message to an assistant who texts Paul Heyman.
Heyman places a call to a rotary phone in the back of a general store just outside Regina.
The shopkeep sends a telegraph to a ranger station in an unknown location somewhere in Saskatchewan.
The ranger releases a trained falcon, which flies to the edge of Brock's property.
Brock unfolds a message carried by the falcon, which reads "Hey, pal!"
