This, combined with Vince's assumed sense of humor, leads me to believe that if you want a decent run with the belt...
Just rip a real loud fart in to the talking end at the end of the call.

I love the idea of Vince harassing Brock with phone calls. Brock probably found a way to convince him that each phone call was worth Ten Grand or so in pay.
