Hope you recovered from the last one cause the next one is coming right up..

uh oh.. Queen Chrysalis is the first one out... She is evil and mean and wants to spread it onto Pony Rumble 8.. Imagine how nasty things could get if she qualifies... Things could get very serious here folks.

Sandbar is next out... Another member of the breakfast club attempting to qualify.. We saw Smoulder come close but in the end was unsuccessful.. But now Sandbar has a chance to join, Silverstream, Ocellus and Yona.. Let's see if he has this.

Hoo'far is next... Travelled all the way from Saddle Arabia to be in this.. He has been a fan of the Pony Rumble since it began and now feels now is a good time to be apart of it.. Let's see if he can qualify.

Princess Luna is out to a not suprising great ovation... She has watched from the VIP lounge every Pony Rumble to date and has always wanted to be in it.. With her sister confirmed, what better time than now?.. Let's see if the Princess has this.

Miss Harshwhinny is out next.. As a member of the Olympic committee. You would be a fool to not see her as a threat.. She was meant to be in Pony Rumble 4 before she was cut.. Time to make up for that now if she can.

Lightning Bolt coming out now... the young Pegasus is a light underdog in this match but that is ok... She was another Pony scheduled to be in Pony Rumble 4 till it got cut back.. She is eyeing a big upset here.. Let's see if it can be.

Citrane Spark is out next... A student at the university of friendship.. The young Unicorn is aiming to make her Pony Rumble debut..Whilst not part of the Breakfast club they would still welcome her.. Let's see if she has this.

Last out is Gallus... Another Breakfast club member and Student of the University of Friendship.. he is smug and sarcastic but has a big heart... The young Griffin will hope to join his friends in Pony Rumble 8.. Let's see what he's got.

QUEEN CHRYSALIS IS ELIMINATED


Equestria may just have to breath a sigh of relief as Queen Chrysalis tried to hold on but Miss Harshwhinneys punch's sent her to the floor.. She will have to plot revenge in another way. Well done Miss Harshwhinney you might just be Equestria's latest hero.

Citrane Spark clotheslines Gallus over the tope rope but he holds on..

He rolls back in quickly.

As Luna stiff punches Hoo'Far.

Miss Harshwhinney now trying to eliminate Lightning Bolt.

Hoo'far takes time to Air Guitar...sure.

Lightning Bolt holds on.

Princess Luna also in trouble thanks to Sandbar.

It's a Black Friday sale again as punches are being traded all across the ring.

Galluses head tastes the turnbuckle thanks to Citrane.

Gallus is in danger again.

Luna shows off to her fans... Scuse me Princess but I'm not sure that's rise.

Hoo'far is danger as Sandbar attempts to get rid of him.

Gallus holds on and is back in.

Gallus like a punching bag now taking a beating from Miss Harshwhinny.. Who knew these Ponies could be so aggressive?

Hoo'far survives and Sandbar is now in trouble from Lightning Bolt.

Miss Harswhinny attempts to eliminate Gallus and Lightning Bolt trying to get rid of Sandbar, We could be saying goodbye to both Breakfast club members here.

Hoo'far gives Lightning Bolt a helping hoof in trying to get rid of Sandbar.

Sandbar holds on but isn't out of danger out.

Gallus survives again.

Sandbar is back inside.. The breakfast club lives on..

DDT by Miss Harshwhinney onto Luna.

Hoo'far now targets Gallus.

The Breakfast club members go at it now.

Miss Harshwhinney trying to eliminate Hoo'far.

Citrane escapes a back breaker attempt from Lightning Bolt.

Sandbar and Gallus are good friends.. But they way they are fighting right now you wouldn't think it.

Luna is wise to rest as everyone else fights.

So far only Chrysalis is gone.

Lightning Bolt trying to eliminate Sandbar.

Hoo'far clotheslines Citrane Spark over the top but she holds on.

Now Miss Harshwhinney is attempting to eliminate Luna.

LIGHTNING BOLT IS ELIMINATED

She went after Sandbar but he ducked and she went flying to the outside.. Game over for the Pegasus.

Luna refusing to go out.

Citrane with a big chokeslam to Hoo'far which turns into a back breaker.

GALLUS IS ELIMINATED

What strength from Sandbar..Lifts up Gallus like a last right and sends him over the top and out... This could cause tension in the breakfast club... Gallus is like why?.. as Sandbar is like "Sorry dude nothing personal but I really want this".. We shall see what aftermath this causes.

Luna and Harshwhinney in fisticuffs.

Hoo'far now beating up Sandbar.

Chop.

But he turns around and tastes a superkick from Princess Luna.

Luna with Hoo'far over her shoulders now.

Slam onto his back.

All the remaining 5 are up and ready to go again.

Belly to belly suplex by Citrane Spark onto Luna.

Hoo'far in trouble as Sandbar attempts the elimination.

Hoo'far desperately trying to hold on.

He succeeds.

Powerslam by Sandbar onto Miss Harshwhinney.

Citrane Spark throwing punches at anyone who gets too close.

Sandbar slams Luna.

Citrane Spark and Sandbar do battle now


But Citrane Spark turns round and tastes a superkick from Luna.. Those back hooves from Luna are extremely dangerous.

Luna is dominating right now.

Miss Harshwhinney recovers and attempts to eliminate Sandbar.

CITRANE SPARK IS ELIMINATED

A clothesline by Luna sends Citrane Spark over and out.. Damn.


So we are down to Princess Luna, Miss Harshwhinney, Hoo'far and Sandbar...One more has to go.

Sandbar holds on.

Luna now trying to eliminate Miss Harshwhinney.

Miss Harshwhinney desperately trying to hold on.

She holds on.

takes down Luna.

Hoo'far in trouble.

HOO'FAR IS ELIMINATED

A clothesline sends Hoo'far over the top and out.

and that is the end of that one.

Sandbar, Miss Harshwhinney and Princess Luna have survived and they shall all now move on to the Six way and join Rolling Thunder, Jonagold and Miss Peachbottom..

After 2 gruelling battle Royals we are here at the 6 way match.. Our remaining 6 have done extremely well to make it this far but there is still another Mountain to climb.

Let's not waste time.

Rolling Thunder is first out... The Wonderbolt reject is not afraid of a bit of pain and proved that in the Battle royal.. Surviving loads of scares but lives on.. She is ready so beware the other 5.

Miss Peachbottom is out next.. She enjoyed the battle royal more than she really should and has made it to the 6 way.. She hopes to win this and move on to Pony Rumble 8.. We shall see if it shall be.

Jonagold is out next... Apple Fritters sister survives the first part but must now try and survive this if she wants to join her sister Let's see if she has what it takes to go all the way.

Sandbar is out next... The chance of a 4th Breakfast Club member is still possible.. Sandbar looked good in the battle royal though not without controversy after eliminating Gallus..But no time to worry about that now.. He has a Pony Rumble place to book.

Princess Luna is next... She survived the Battle Royal and now has a chance to join her sister in Pony Rumble 8... She looked good so be very careful one and all.. She is ready to do this.

Miss Harshwhinney is out last of all... Looking very good in the battle royal, she eliminated Chrysalis to the relief of many, she proved why ruling her out is foolish and you best be ready.. Let's see if she has this.

Peachbottom trying to work on Jonagold but Luna is getting involved.

Luna roll up pins Miss Peachbottom but an immediate kick out.

3 way fight between Harshwhinney, Peachbottom and Rolling Thunder.

Luna with a nasty headbutt to Jonagold.

Harshwhinney slams Peachbottom.

makes it to 2 but Sandbar breaks it up.

Luna also back in.

Harshwhinney not happy with Sandbar and shows it with Stiff punches.

Rolling Thunder unintentionally knocking out the ref (At least we assume)

Very close but Rolling Thunder is back in time to stop the pin just before it hits 3. Miss Harshwhinney was a few split seconds away from a place in Pony Rumble 8 there.

Jonagolds back tasting the ring side outside thanks to Princess Luna.

Rolling Thunder with a twist of fate to Sandbar and goes for the pin.

But Miss Peachbottom doesn't even let it get to 1.

An angry Rolling Thunder slams Miss Peachbottom.

An empty ring but the ref now.

But 4 are now back inside.

Luna aims a superkick at Jonagold but it hits Miss Harshwhinney instead... Eh.

Rolling Thunder dodges an attack from Sandbar and has some of her own now.

Twist of fate on Sandbar.

Miss Peachbottom pins Miss Harshwhinney.

Makes it to 2

Jonagold was back in to stop the pin but no need in the end.

Tiredness is starting to kick in now and all it will take is right place right time.

We have a full ring again.

Peachbottom pins Harshwhinney.

Nope says Rolling Thunder.

Rolling Thunder slams Peachbottom.

Jonagold pins Luna.

So close but Luna kicks out in time.. Jonagold almost looking like she wants to cry.

Jonagold in control of Princess Luna.

But she is grabbed by Rolling Thunder and the suplex.

Who in return is cought by Miss Harshwhinney.

Throws Rolling Thunder out and now has Jonagold all to herself.

But Jonagold fights back.

Miss Harshwinney escapes to the ring apron.

Empty ring again.

Rolling Thunder's head hits the announce table.

As sandbar slams Princess Luna.

Miss Harshwhinney sends Jonagold back inside.

DDT to Jonagold and goes for the pin.

But Princess Luna denies.. Thought Harshwhinney had it there.

Busy ring again.

Peachbottom in control of Harshwhinney.

Rolling Thunder pins Jonagold.

But Peachbottom breaks it up.

Peachbottom knees Luna in the neck.

Jonagold with the bitter end on Sandbar.. This could be it.

Nope Harshwinney stops the pin.. God damn.

Swanton Bomb on Sandbar by Rolling Thunder.

But she has to stop Peachbottom pinning Luna.

Ring to busy to try a pin right now.

DDT by Rolling Thunder on Sandbar.

Sandbar escapes as Rolling Thunder takes out Peachbottom.

Rolling Thunder with the submission on Miss Peachbottom.

Jonagold and Sandbar break it up... f***s sake.

Unbelievable.. Princess Luna Pins Miss Harshwhinney and gets the win and is apart of Pony Rumble 8.

Rolling Thunder, Jonagold, Miss Peachbottom and Sandbar look on.. But they will have to try the 2nd chance Battle Royal now.

For Miss Harshwhinney it is game over.

But for Princess Luna she is going to Pony Rumble 8!

"A Rockhoof And A Hard Place"...gets a 10/10.

Pros:
-Rockhoof was definitely the highlight of this episode, hitting all the right notes in the humor and drama department. The crew definitely succeeded in straddling the fine line between making him a comic relief fish out of water while still making him a sympathetic character who struggles in being a part of this world. His connection with the students (Yona especially) was a nice touch as well and his final destination of being the keeper of tales is definitely a profession that will fulfil him. Though I am surprised that the show really went into such a dark place in the latter part...ok granted, being turned into a statue is not the same asking for being killed but it is kinda an eternal slumber. A neat touch was also that Twilight respects the pillars so much that she was willing to grant him his wish (though she would have probably tried several more times to convince him otherwise).

-The Young Six played a good part in this episode as well, being the ultimate reason for Rockhoof to stay. Yona in her idolation of Rockhoof was really the most adorable part of the episode (but Ocellus is still No. 1 for me) but the others had good scenes as well (Gallus trying to get out of homework whenever the subs come, Smoulder having firebreathing competitions with Spike). They were definitely well used in this ep.

-Of the mane six, Twilight and Applejack (the latter being obviously used for being Rockhoof's counterpart in the Elements Of Harmony) had some good scenes with trying to find Rockhoof's place in the world, though I would say that Twilight overshadowed AJ here. Lots of good ideas and tries by the Twilight Princess and the writer did a good job in highlighting her agony in being asked to turn Rockhoof to stone. There were also some cute scenes with the others like seeing Wet Mane Rarity and Pinkie being not annoying thank Celestia. Only Dashie and the Shyster were not that memorable.

-It was good seeing the other pillars again and how they adapted to the modern world. Loved hearing Meadowbrook's and Somnambula's kawaii accents again and how they all tried to lift Rockhoof's spirits up.

-My favorite funny scenes were definitely seeing Rockhoof's attempts at different jobs (kinda feel bad for Zecora and Bulk Biceps...not so much for Cranky considering how he behaved in "A Matter Of Principals").

Cons:

-Nothing I could think of. It was an enjoyable episode.

The strong streak of this day continues and that's why Rockhoof deserves a 10/10 for his episode.
