So what do all these attempting to Qualify have in common?.. Quite simple.. None have ever competed in a Pony Rumble..So for one someone or somepony is about break their Pony Rumble virginity
Alright let's do this..
Rain Shine is first out today... As the leader of the Kirin she was silent for a long time but now has her voice back... We already have one Kirin confirmed for the Pony Rumble with Autumn Blaze... Can we get a 2nd with Rain Shine?... Let's find out.
Photo Finish is out next... Hoping to bring "ZE MAGIKS" to the Pony Rumble.. She has attempted to Qualify in the past but has been unsuccessful. we was even scheduled to be in one but it was cut back so she was cut out...Let's see if the fashion photographer can finally make it into this one.
Seafoam is out next... Another Pony who was suppose to be in Pony Rumble 4 until they cut back from 40 to 30... She earned the prize by being the highest Ponycar finisher who never competed in a Pony Rumble but in the end never got her prize... She finally has a chance to be in one.. Let's see what she can do.
Rolling Thunder is out next... A wonderbolt reject has found new opportunities in other places even if not exactly 100% safe.. No stranger to injury she goes in with nothing to lose.. Could be a dangerous competitor.. Let's see if that can guide her to Pony Rumble 8.
Miss Peachbottom is out next.... She has been a spectator for many Pony Rumbles but always wanted to be in one and she finally has a chance..Never one to hider her excitement hopefully that wont be a disadvantage here... We shall see.
Double Diamond is out next.... A part of "Our Town" Double Diamond tried to Qualify for Pony Rumble 7 but had a miserable time getting completely owned by Party Favour who qualified instead... He is back to try and redeem himself and hopefully get that spot he missed out on last time... Let's find out.
Jonagold…. The twin sister of Apple Fritter who won Pony Rumble 7... Apple Fritter's win was very popular in Applelosa and inspired many including her Sister Jonagold.. She is just as athletic and wants to join her twin sister.. Let's see if she has this.
Smoulder is last out.... With 3 members of the Breakfast club already in the Pony Rumble Smoulder does not want to feel left out.. She also aims to be the first ever Dragon to compete in a Pony Rumble... She will not be afraid to get stuck in but let's see if she can make history here.

As Photo Finish attempts to dispose of Rolling Thunder in the other corner.
Seafoam is even more trouble now and Smoulder joins in and tries to help Double Diamond get rid of her.
SEAFOAM IS ELIMINATEDWhat a huge disappointment... Seafoam still annoyed she never got her prize from Ponycar.. Well you wont be getting it this year either... The forces of Smoulder and Double Diamond proved just to much.
Rolling Thunder survives for now.
As Rain Shine slams Jonagold.

Miss Peachbottom survives brief scare there.

She now attempts to eliminate Rolling Thunder.
But Rolling Thunder isn't going anywhere.

Double Diamond inflicting pain on Smoulder.. She is learning these Ponies aren't as big a push overs as she thought.
Rain Shine and Photo Finish looking more like they are in a boxing match trading punches.
Smoulder fights back on Double Diamond.
Miss Peachbottom gets involved in the Shine/Finish fight.
Jonagold in trouble now as Rolling Thunder going for the Elimination.
Smoulder also in trouble with Double Diamond trying to get rid of her.
Both hold on but neither out of danger just yet.

Both Jonagold and Smoulder survive and are back inside.
Just Seafoam gone so far.

PHOTO FINISH IS ELIMINATEDShe held on and was skimming the cat but a push from Rain Shine sends Photo Finish to the floor.. Another without ZE MAGIKS in the Pony Rumble.

Miss Peachbottom goes after Double Diamond.

He gets help from Smoulder... these 2 were successful is getting rid of Seafoam earlier.. Let's see if they can do it again.
But Miss Peachbottom elbows both and she stays in.. The partnership wasn't quite as successful this time.
4 way fight between Double Diamond, Miss Peachbottom, Smoulder and Rolling Thunder in the corner.

RAIN SHINE IS ELIMINATEDI was too busy watching the Rolling Thunder and Miss Peachbottom battle that I missed Rain Shine missing a move on Jonagold and her going over and out.. She will not be joining fellow Kirin Autumn Blaze in the Pony Rumble.
Miss Peachbottom is safe for now.
So we are down to 5 of our 8 original starters.. 2 more still need to be eliminated before we can move on.
DOUBLE DIAMOND IS ELIMINATEDA clothesline from Smoulder sends Double Diamond out of here..Still the only "Our Town" friendstastic four member yet to experience a Pony Rumble.
So we are down to Smoulder, Miss Peachbottom, Jonagold and Rolling Thunder... 1 more has to go.

As Smoulder and Jonagold feud.
Now Miss Peachbottom has Jonagold.

SMOULDER IS ELIMINATEDRolling Thunder showing off that ex Wonderbolt stuff and sends Smoulder over and out... Smoulder refusing to show emotion pouts on the outside.
But that is that Rolling Thunder, Miss Peachbottom and Jonagold have survived and will now move on to the six way.
