Jackson/Nick Fury-esque role, acting as a mentor across multiple movies. That practically screams Batman Beyond. |

Can we please get rid of Ezra? They seem like a total dickhead and doesn't suit the character at all. Felt like Jack Sparrow meets Big Bang Theory.
They need to just go with Grant. When Ezra showed up on Crisis, they opened the door for the TV Flash to move into film. I'm not sure what the deal is with Ezra or why the studio seems to be so protective over them, but fans hated them as Flash. There's another actor who's been playing Flash for 7 years that people are in love with. It's not rocket science.

Flashpoint was him futzing up the timeline - this Aquaman/Wonder Woman war was a by-product of the changes, more set dressing than the true driving force for the event: Flash vs. Reverse Flash with the universe undone because Barry misses his mommy and then Thomas Wayne as Batman shows up somehow. Heck they already did the Amazons vs. the Atlanteans in an animated movie (Flashpoint Paradox) so I can get the live action folks wanting to venture into some new ground while sticking with only some main details. |
