Las Vegas has no defined venue, which has me concerned. Cashman Field is a possible place but the seating would be way too small, and the only other choice besides Aleigant is... Sam Boyd.
And nobody wants to go to Sam Boyd.

Why in the world you don't put a team in Georgia or Alabama where football is looked at like a religion is beyond me, but whatever. Doesn't Birmingham have the Stallions in the USFL? Might be too much competition and/or access to a venue. Though I do remember the Bolts didn't draw well in the first incarnation of the league. Yeah, they do. They won the USFL championship this year, so you're right, it's probably too much competition and lack of a venue.

The league officially revealed team names and logos this morning. Arlington Renegades DC Defenders Houston Roughnecks Orlando Guardians St. Louis Battlehawks San Antonio Brahmas Seattle Sea Dragons Vegas Vipers Most of these return from the 2020 reboot, some with some minor tweaks, with the Brahmas and Vipers being the only completely new teams (the Vipers here apparently have no connection to the Tampa Bay Vipers from the 2020 reboot, who have taken over the Guardians name and moved to Orlando).

I, personally, just think it's the wrong business model for a league like the XFL to put these teams in cities that already have an NFL team. People don't turn out in droves to watch the Commanders, who's going to go to a "DC Defenders" game? It would make infinitely more sense to me to put these teams in the largest markets that don't have an NFL franchise. San Antonio is a good start, but why not Oklahoma City, Portland, Albuquerque, Louisville, Omaha, etc...?

Wayne, Indianapolis, Evansville, Terre Haute) IN does not have a team especially with Texas getting 3 teams with Houston, Arlington, and San An. You can't force me to root for a St. Louis team especially one named the Battlehawks

The XFL has now whiffed three times on a Philly team
Idk why, we're some of the most rabid and dedicated fans on earth, just feels like a missed opportunity. Maybe if they survive and expand.

My point is more that I think the XFL would have better long-term success in the cities I listed because they're less saturated. The USL team in Louisville draws a consistent 11,000 in a bandbox stadium. We'd draw 20,000+ in Cardinal Stadium for the XFL.

Arlington Renegades DC Defenders Houston Roughnecks Orlando Guardians St. Louis Battlehawks San Antonio BrahmasSeattle Sea Dragons Vegas Vipers An XFL franchise being named the Brahmas in a league owned by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson? That raises a People's Eyebrow. Also, THREE teams in Texas?
