I get where she was coming from, in that on a personal level 9/11 brought up a lot of the same emotions she felt when it looked like Vince would be going to prison. Doesn't change the fact that it made her look like an insensitive ass who compared her family's legal problem with the horrific deaths of several thousand citizens while the rubble of the Twin Towers was still smouldering.

I'm not going to get too far in to this opinion as it could get a bit political but all the "merica f*** yeah" stuff the WWE still to this day does baffles the f*** out of me when they are trying to be an international company.

I mean I understand it at the show for the troops and there's nothing wrong with the national anthem at large shows but the over the top patriotism should stay in the 80s.

I just imagine a UK promotion being so over the top with flag waving and opening shows with old Churchill speeches or whatever, nobody would be impressed.
