Wow... They got rid of the really catchy theme song for this tuneless abomination?

Surprised they didn't turn it into a rap song.

How can you deny such deep, emotional, thought-provoking lyrics as "He's a cat and I know that"?

At least it's a good resolution finally. Too bad the lyrics suck.

The real crime here is that there's no Wade Duck.

Oh god I HATED this theme growing up. Not only was the first “Friends” theme really catchy, the “Ready To Party” song was something I looked forward to each Saturday, and this third one was so bland.

It's such a "this is the last season so we don't really care" decision.

It's such a "this is the last season so we don't really care" decision. See also: Captain Planet is promoted to "mega mac daddy" Planet. Actually, this can spin off to a topic of its own. Let's think of some more.

Wow... They got rid of the really catchy theme song for this tuneless abomination? Never heard this before. Sounds like the "Seinfeld" theme meets canker sores.

No wonder the international version just kept Ready to Party.

I watched this show all the time growing up and had no idea this theme even existed. Hearing it now, I'm kinda glad. No wonder the international version just kept Ready to Party. And that explains it. Phew. Proud to be Canadian right about now.

No wonder the international version just kept Ready to Party. So did the syndicated rerun package in the US, IIRC.

So....other phoned in theme songs for last seasons...
Avengers: EMH w/the narration. Rhoda, Season 5...sounded like a talk show theme.

Wow, I did NOT remember this theme at all. I thought this thread was in regards to this theme: Anything that was not "Ready to Party" was a let down. You know I'm right. The real crime here is that there's no Wade Duck. Y'know I was about to say that I thought US Acres didn't last the entire run of Garfield And Friends ( I know, I know, so who else woulda been the And Friends...) but apparently it did.....and heck, it actually stopped being a comic strip shortly after G&F began, which means their cartoon counterparts far outlived the comic strip.

Why does it sound like a Seinfeld theme knock-off?

So....other phoned in theme songs for last seasons... Avengers: EMH w/the narration. Rhoda, Season 5...sounded like a talk show theme. The final season of the A*Team exchanged the classic theme for a more synth heavy 80's version.

It was mentioned but more people need to hear this abomination as well... The real crime here is that there's no Wade Duck. Wade is shown in at least one section of the opening there. Orson and Wade smash into each other.
