It's funny how the brand split is usually argued for because "it'll give the midcard on each show more room to breathe", but that never seems to happen for more than a month or so every few years.

I didn't feel like it was a complaint, really, anyone would probably look back and be like "Huh" if they hadn't been used the entire year. I've seen Heath be more vocal about his lack of usage in the last few months and he still made it in a few Raw matches, but no one really made threads against his being vocally unhappy. They've both complained a fair amount on social media over the years, it's just Zack has this stigma because of his shows and everything else, I guess.

Just put Hawkins and Ryder back togother
They are real life friends
Do a podcast and Wwe YouTube show togother
They worked pretty well as a team
Raws tag team division blows so they might be able to do something there. They don’t even have to change gimmike

I'm saddened we didn't really get the Mojo / Ryder feud. Think that's why Raw sucks now. Imagine the ratings if we got main events of Ryder / Mojo with special guest ref Baron Corbin? They feuded on Main Event. They wrestled each other several times on the show. |

...wait, here has Mojo been? I haven't been tuning in, but I haven't seem him mentioned anywhere in months.
I do know Ryder was having a Kofi/Ziggler level best of infinity feud with Mike Kannelis on Main Event for a bit there.

He's in the right spot. He doesn't offer anything that isn't already done better by those being used, however badly. I disagree, and I'm not even really a fan of the dude. What he offers better than some of those being used is the fact that he's undeniably more over than some of em. There's not really an excuse not to have the guy in some sort of featured role in at least a tag team or whatever. |

I feel for him because he got legitimately hard done by the WWE, though as a fan, few guys do less for me than he does. It's true, people will point to that one promo with Punk and Bryan as the reason he didn't belong and I still don't get why it had to be main event or bust. He actually made the US Title feel important with all the effort he put into chasing it, then he lost it to Swagger not long after winning it if I remember correctly. It was worse than that. He lost it right after being killed by Kane constantly and being forced into the Swagger title match (where he kicked out of Swagger’s powerbomb which the announcers ignored for some reason). If they just had him be the IS champ in the midcard as the underdog people wanted to cheer for, it’d have helped the belt and allowed a midcard to be built but apparently, the company seems allergic to the whole “midcard” concept in the first place. And count me as a guy wondering why this company keeps hiding the people who actually get a reaction from the crowd at times when it’d add more variety to a show that deserpately needs it. |

I can't believe people are STILL pretending that Main Event still exists. It does exist. It airs on Hulu and airs internationally and the same episode is on the Network 3 weeks later. But this whole post is all moot now. Zack Ryder will be on Raw in a Battle Royal. |
