With Cena returning tonight we could be seeing the beginning of what Cena's WrestleMania plans are. Now Cena has pretty much done everything in WWE and has spent most of his time in Hollywood lately. But there is one big accomplishment left, the record for most World Title wins which he's currently tied with Ric Flair with 16. And what better spot to do it than WrestleMania?
Personally, I'd like to see Cena vs. Lesnar, one more time as Cena has real history with Brock. Cena has never really defeated Brock (I know Cena beat Brock at Extreme Rules 2012 but Brock dominated 90% of that match and Cena only won with help from a steel chain) and that could add some real drama into the match.
If Brock for some reason is a no go pitting Cena against Bryan (or AJ, or Strowman) is also good with the Champ determined not to be a stepping stone.
And for even more drama you can add Ric Flair into the mix. Would he support Cena as he did in the past or would he align himself with the Champ and try to screw Cena out of the record?
I know I'm probably in the minority on this but I'd love to see Cena have one last run with the title. He could drop it at Summerslam to the next top star like Balor or Seth or whoever and pass the torch to the next generation.
What do you think?

I don't at all.
I'd rather see Cena go for the IC title.

I can give or take it to be honest. I just think if they are going to do it, they need to do it sooner rather than later.

Unless he turns heel, I have no desire to see Cena.

Nope.
Surprised it hasn’t happened yet though. Cena breaking Flair’s record is a WM moment I’ve been assuming would happen since the moment he tied it.

Yes. IMO Cena is the future's Ric Flair, and he completely deserves the accolade as recognition of everything he has accomplished in his wrestling career. His Make-A-Wish work alone does it for me. The man has positively affected countless numbers of people, and isn't that what sports entertainment is about?

I want to see them do literally anything of worth with the f***ing guy. He has been useless and pointless for his last few appearances.

John Cena breaking Flair's record without turning heel is garbage and if he does it, I hope he feels an unfillable emptiness forever.

As much as the guy entertains me, putting the belt on him would be the same problem as Lesnar. Star of yesteryear whose never around (although in Cena's case at least he'd look happy to be there).

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing one last brief run from Big Match John, even if it's a 2000 Ric Flair "veteran catches a lucky pin over a cocky young heel champion" deal.

Yes.
Cena vs heel Daniel bryan would be fresh.
Cena vs Styles should have happened at wrestlemania at some point by now.
Cena vs lesnar has never happened at mania either but deserves to.
All of those matches with the added drama of beating flair is a mania moment.

I'd have to be sold on it pretty hard. Cena's hardly a favorite of mine in the best of times.

I'm not sure if I want to see it "yet" but I think that's the direction they're going. I can see Bryan winning the belt back shortly after but if he lost it to Cena at WM I wouldn't be surprised. I mean it's not like there's anyone else they'd have wrestle Bryan at WM from what I can see.
Should be Kofi but yall know how that goes.

I simultaneously would be cool with that and underwhelmed.
Unlike Brock, he'll put people over and he isn't a lazy shit, but I don't feel like it'd add or subtract anything from the title. It'd just be a, "well, that happened" move to me.

Not in particularly, but if he did I'd be neither over nor underwhelmed. Much like someone goin to Bogie Lowenstein's party, I would just be whelmed.

And it'll be another bullshit meaningless 2 week reign to go along with the majority of his other title wins being meaningless and unmemorable up til now anyway.
