Thought about a slight continuity hiccup in the premier.
Starswirl said he and the pillars kept the Everfree Forrest at bay in the past.
But why would they have needed to? It started going crazy because of Discord's seeds, which was after the Elements of Harmony were made, which was after the time of the Pillars.

It started going crazy because of Discord's seeds, which was after the Elements of Harmony were made, which was after the time of the Pillars. While not stated as such, I assumed that the Everfree Forest was always a wild, uncontrollable area with a vast expansion. While the Pillars planted the seeds that would combine to grow into the Tree Of Harmony to keep the whole realm safe in their absence, it had the nice side effect of keeping the Everfree at bay. |
