I wonder what they mean by investigated in full. I hope they go more in depth down the line but there is that Yorkshire police investigation going on right now so that might factor into it? Interesting. It's just intriguing wording. I think most of us realise that a number of these incidents won't ever be investigated legally either due to them being moral issues rather than legal ones or simply due to a lack of evidence. I'm wondering if by investigated in full they mean in house or within the business.

At the very least, when the code of conduct and such is written out, I hope it’s addressed. Especially when you have cases like Scotty Davis where like you said, there isn’t the same evidence or cases that Curtis Murray had (which ties into Wrespect and why their assets belong to OTT now).

It'll certainly be interesting to see what happens going forward and what the outcomes are.

I’m not even sure how I ignored this, and it is a tad political but the UK parliament launched a new APP group specializing in matters relating to British Wrestling.
APPs are All Party Parliament groups which try to get support of all parties on matters.
It’s not quite government intervention but it is a means to get these matters dealt with on a bigger stage so we’ll just have to see where it goes.

Los Federales Santos Jr. has handed in his badge.
Even after all the slander aimed at him during the summer! 😠Seriously, it’s all fair enough and he’s a good egg so I hope he’s able to recharge, enjoy the time off and come back. Sooner rather than later, selfishly.

Saw this posted just now so I had to put it up.
I’m glad one of Santos’ biggest rivals was able to wish him the best.

Yesterday I found myself thinking about Dave Benson Phillips for the first time in ages.
Now I can't help wishing that Santos delays his retirement until wrestling comes back so he can get gunged as a proper sendoff.

Pro Wrestling EVE have issued a statement. Understand I come from a conflicted place. I’ve worked with Dann and Emily on something a few years ago for a convention and it was really cool to have been a part of that. And honestly, the stuff with Equity is genuinely important stuff I’m glad other promotions have followed through with (I think right now it’s TNT and somewhere else but I can’t remember). I also completely understand the logic of not putting out as many statements as others have because sometimes they are all talk and, especially now, no real way to see action until the end of the year at best, which seems like an unrealistic possibility. Even though I also see the other side of being more open since that was some of the stuff that lead to the problems coming out now. Having said all of this...to spend so long without a statement not address the Pollyanna controversy especially when other promotions have isn’t a great look. I’m not in a position to say how they address it but even I know that not addressing it doesn’t help and just puts a target on their backs which you can already see from the responses.

An update on this: Sierra Loxton said the group will come up with an action plan and she’ll make it public when they pass it to her.

Pollyanna lashes out at EVE, like, she seems to have an issue with every single BritWres company out there (can't say I blame her, honestly; but it seems that she is just slagging everyone off. I don't know if shitting on wrestlers who are just trying saying that they personally had a good experience at EVE, what the hell do you expect them to say? 'Yeah, I was treated well at EVE, but because they didn't treat someone else as well, I'm going to shit on them'? and I'm not blaming Pollyanna for being mad at EVE, but why is she getting mad at other people who aren't getting mad at EVE with her? If they had a good experience working for EVE, then don't get all angry when people don't start shitting on them.
For the record; I do support Pollyanna and her desire to see change in the BritWres scene, but she shouldn't be surprised that not every EVE wrestler was going to just shit on a company that has treated all of them fairly well.

Scottish wrestling promotions Discovery Wrestling, Scottish Wrestling Alliance and Reckless Intent have agreed a shared code of conduct for talent, staff and fans and appointed Robyn Green as safeguarding Officer across all three promotions.

Slightly more awkward news: Rev Pro taped a set of shows two weeks ago, split into six weeks of FITE.tv shows and some of the people involved....eeeeeeeeehhhhhhhh

One of the tag matches has a team of Ospreay and Michael Oku who...both have had controversy. But at least it isn’t El Ligero so well done them?

I thought it was interesting that Oku and Ospreay had been booked again already so soon after the unpleasantness, and especially with all the negative press that Ospreay got. I saw RKJ was in that match too, he must be the only member of the Knight family to not be involved with some sort of controversy unless I've missed something.
