Considering leaving can just be they won't hang up if AEW calls them. I don't see Orton leaving unless AEW offers an even better travel schedule for better pay.

Contracts are about to sky rocket because there hasn’t really been any negotiating leverage for the wrestlers since WCW went to shit.

Orton debuts on AEW's Halloween show under a mask as "The AEW Phantom" against a rising star. He beats said star with the RKO, and the announcers say that move reminds them of a certain move. Then later in the show he unmasks with his new manager. He later wins the World Heavyweight Championship as recognized by AEW International. Neville or Kenny Omega is AEW World Heavyweight Championship proper

Usos have been vocal for a while about wanted to face the Young Bucks, so this would be their best chance, IMO. Also you know with the Bucks being in charge, AEW’s tag division is gonna be rich with talent.
Orton’s a bit trickier, he’s got loyalty to Vince and Hunter but he’s friends with Cody. Not only that, AEW has actual money to offer a guy like him and I’m sure they’d be able to get whatever he wanted (less dates, creative freedom, etc).

Contracts are about to sky rocket because there hasn’t really been any negotiating leverage for the wrestlers since WCW went to shit. Well, they were going to anyway, from most accounts when WWE is raking in cash, they make sure to pay the wrestlers accordingly. The main reason someone should leave is because WWE just has too many people, for all the various complaints about people not being used, they simply can’t push everyone.

I could see the Usos leaving. I would be astounded if Orton did.
While I would kind of miss both acts, I'm not sure the WWE will be hurting much without them.

This is the first time in almost everyone's career there that they've had leverage.
Nuts when you think about it. Almost none of these guys were in WWE/F when WCW was still around.

All that restructuring of the wellness policy and this is how Randy repays them

Usos vs. Bucks and Usos vs. Lucha Bros would both be f***ing incredible. Revival vs. Usos vs. Lucha Bros. vs. The Young Bucks would be a hodgepodge of a Crockett-esque PWG spotfest.

They win either way
They either get better contracts and money from WWE or big contracts from guys like AEW and a fresh start, and I can see a mix happening where some guys get better WWE deals and some take the Ambrose route and it's just good for wrestling.

AEW has made WWE blink. Get your money while it's hot, boys and girls! Seriously, this is where WWE's gotta catch em all mentality is gonna bite them in the ass. If you're a talent unsatisfied with your spot, your money, or a combo of both, you have all the leverage. They won't be able to please everyone, so there's gonna be some jumping ship, it's inevitable. It's good for the talent because right now there's a couple of options to get a good paycheck.

Think all three go, Usos have done everything they can in WWE and Orton is looking at semi retirement. As long as they land on their feet in AEW or wherever then it's a good thing. Gotta free up some space on the roster otherwise you're going to end up with a lot of talent spending the best years of their career in nxt or the undercard which'll just lower morale further.

All this talk about WWE and AEW. Big deal! TNA is offering 6 packs of Dr. Thunder as a signing bonus.

But I think I read that it’s gotten better than it was. They are booking Jordynne Grace, who is fantastic. Far as I'm concerned that's one of the better decisions they've ever made creatively. I'd buy a ticket to a TNA show to see her kill Orton and/or one or more of the Usos. That said, I'm pretty sure even the immediate families of the wrestlers don't watch it.
