All this talk about WWE and AEW. Big deal! TNA is offering 6 packs of Dr. Thunder as a signing bonus. I think Orton's more of a Mountain Lightning man.

Orton would be perfect in AEW.

I think the Usos are more likely due it having fresh matchups. Orton? That's tough. He is reportedly close to Cody and Jericho and he has always been a guy to beat to his own drum. Maybe the idea of doing something different is too much for him

I can see the Usos since it seems AEW would likely go All In on the tag division. Frankly I think AEW needs to have a serious world title division, IC/US level division that is stacked, and a great tag scene. A serious promotion needs all 3 of those. WWE hasn't even really had that since the brand split era began, since it watered down the roster.

Orton leaving for AEW would be phenomenal not just because he's a 100% a WWE creation but I bet it would light a fire up his ass making him do amazing work I bet. It's been obvious in the last 5 to 7 years that he is bored as Hell. Even though the talent is there. Give me stalker Orton that attacked Steph and the McMahons. That guy can do amazing stuff when he wants to.

I doubt Orton leaves ever, but I wouldn't be that surprised if The Usos did. They've had some of the biggest stop/start booking out of everyone on the roster for almost 10 years now and are probably bored as f*** by now.

I would love to see them in a new environment but part of me can’t help but think this part of a bargaining chip. Especially with them fat tv deals that got signed? Ah nah, you gotta break off some of that bread The Usos have the Total Divas stuff unless that's well and truly over, plus there's Naomi. Orton, I feel like there's less holding him to WWE.

Contracts are about to sky rocket because there hasn’t really been any negotiating leverage for the wrestlers since WCW went to shit. There was a period where TNA put a little pressure on, but it was never much, and when that went to shit, it did the guys no favors in negotiations, that's for sure.

I'm sure The Usos are tired of wrestling New Day and Bar each week as much as we are. I'd actually love to see them face off against new teams in AEW.
As for Orton, I can see him going either way but regardless I think he should be in WWE less (either part-timer like Cena or in AEW) as his character becomes stale after just a few months of him being around.
I'm curious who from NXT moves up to fill the potential spots that Dean, Orton, Usos and Revival may leave behind.

Whether them leaving comes to fruition or not, if AEW is successful I'm going to love watching clueless Vince scramble, collapsing slowly under the weight of his own confused ego.

Usos would be a huge get for any company. I can’t see Orton giving up the WWE paychecks to go work harder somewhere else, especially given the disdain he’s shown for indie style wrestling.

Usos have pretty much done it all, wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to leave

WWE hasn't even really had that since the brand split era began, since it watered down the roster. One of the most effective ways for AEW to stand out is for them to make tag team wrestling a major part of their product. The WWE treats it like a joke, and has for most of its existence (two golden periods, in the late 80s and 99/01 are really the exceptions). But a tag division of the Bucks, Ibushi and Omega, Lucha Bros, Daniels and Kazarian and the Usos would be a pretty good core to build on. Add the Revival and perhaps another couple of teams, and you've got a very good division.

Orton is a multimillionaire, multi time world champion after nearly two decades of being immensely average 99% of the time. He's not going to up and leave to earn less money than he would from the WWE, and having to deal with the added expectation of an audience that expects a higher level of performances.
He'll slip into a part time role and become the WrestleMania guy once Taker's legs fall off.

A motivated Orton who only wrestle s one or two matches a month for AEW would be dope. Say what you will, the guy can go under the right circumstances. The Usos would fit right in as well. Good look and persona that's different than all the other tags. Time for the, to learn a new hold.

Let stuff like this get out helps him in contract negotiations with the WWE. As for the Usos, I totally can see them leaving and any other tag team worth their salt. The only thing WWE seems to do with tag teams is win the gold or split them up.

He gets psychology and storytelling, which is something that just doesn't exist in WWE anymore and he would probably do some sick things that WWE wouldn't allow.

I feel like we aren't gonna see AEW jumps from WWE until the next round of contracts are up in a year or so. Right now AEW is nothing but hype and a promise. Give them a year to get some shows under their belt, see how their TV show does and THEN it might get interesting

People Orton has worked with in WWE: basically everyone.
People Orton has worked in AEW: Jericho, Cody, PAC and nobody else. I see why that might be enticing.
Edit: actually, we never had a 1 on 1 Neville vs Orton match. That one would still be fresh.

It seems weird to me that anyone who is hoping AEW provides a real alternative to the WWE, would also be enthusiastic about Randy Orton main eventing there.
