Ultimo Dragon had some good matches with Mysterio in 96 or so.

Juvi v Blitzkrieg at Spring Stampede 99 was a ton of fun. I enjoyed the Rey/Kidman match on the same show aswell.

The ladder match at Starrcade 2000. Sold me on Shane Helms in particular, but all six guys as a whole.

I wish I had some more specific matches to give you, but there are some really underrated cruiserweight stuff in late-00 through the end of WCW. Guys like Elix Skipper, the Jung Dragons, 3 Count, Kid Romeo, Air Paris, and AJ Styles were all putting on good matches, mostly on Thunder, Worldwide, and Saturday Night.

The triple threat at Starrcade ‘98. The Rey/Kidman vs Eddie/Juvy the night after on Nitro was great also.
