I'm genuinely baffled as to how Aunt f***ing Becky, of all people, has "bribe your kid's way into college" money. Is she less B-list than I thought? Full House did huge in syndication and has never really stopped airing places, so if she has been smart with her money, err barring this, then she could have probably turned that into something pretty lucrative. |

Honestly this sounds almost precisely at Aunt Becky's level. "A-list" money isn't "bribe your way into college," it's "make a multimillion-dollar donation to dedicate a new building/library/renovation"--which is the kind of thing where ideally you'd get a maybe-not-quite-up-to-standard student into the school in exchange for doing a lot of good for other students. That is to say, a perfectly fair trade-off as I see it. Ol' Lori probably isn't at that kind of paygrade. Or, as another man was already quoted in this thread, "She's not made of airports." But she has enough to where we get this kind of crap. |

Second, why are people so shocked? A rich and famous’ person’s little trustfund swilling spawn had an easy way into top schools? Say it ain’t so!!!
