Actually, yeah, I remember Foley, I think, cursing at Patterson because he thought he knew about it and was disgusted, though was told later that Pat was innocent, so you'd be right. Foley said in Have a Nice Day that it was Vince Russo who he confronted only to find out Russo didn't know about it. He said something to Russo along the lines of "You should be ashamed of yourself. BANG BANG!" Fixed.

That story about Kevin Von Erich in the gun shop gave me chills. Powerful episode.

This episode confirmed that urban legend of Fritz telling Kevin "he doesnt have the guts to kill himself."

I never heard the story about Fritz and Kevin. If I did, I forgot about it. It was really upsetting to hear Kevin turn around and defend him after that.

Kevin tends to be more defensive towards his father than anyone else, which makes sense. But he did take it further than the WWE documentary. He said a switch went off in his father when Jackie died and he never came back. On other notes, Kevin needed a "ten minute break", he was smoking what looked like a cigar at the beginning of the show, but was it pot? Not that I blame him at all and clearly Viceland doesn't have a problem with that stuff. Very surprised that he would bring his sons into this business, haven't really seen anything from them to tell if they are going to be successful.

Fritz Von Erich was a complete piece of garbage. However, it is important to remember that he was dealing with brain cancer at the time. Tumors in the brain have been known to make people do and/or say things that they probably would not due to the effects of the tumor.

I thought it was a good episode but due to all of the events in the story it seemed rushed.

Great episode and it made me hope someone signs Marshall and Ross to contracts. Would love to see them become successes in the business.

From what I heard, upcoming episodes include Dino Bravo and Fabulous Moolah as subjects. Color me intrigued.

I thought it was a good episode but due to all of the events in the story it seemed rushed. There's a bit of that in all these shows so far. I knew little about Brusier Brody's murder but even in that one it seemed rushed toward the end. I think if they talked to more than 4-5 people per episode it'd probably be lengthier. Then again, this is being produced for a non-wrestling audience so perhaps they have to "go light" (at least from a wrestling fan's perspective, which will always been more into the in depth details of everything involved). Glad to see Moolah be shown as the devil she really was instead of the inspiration WWE views her as I'll presume no one currently tied to the WWE will be part of this, then....?

If I were in his shoes, I'd probably have to think of it that way, too, just to live with it.

If I were in his shoes, I'd probably have to think of it that way, too, just to live with it. He went from having 5 brothers to not even being a brother. He's had a LOT to deal with. He also said "I'm glad he died" when talking about his dad - in a certain context ("he was no longer suffering") but for a Von Erich that's still a helluva truth to come to.

I don't understand how Kevin is okay with his sons wrestling after everything that happened in his family. Is Fritz' brainwashing really that powerfully ingrained in him? How can he look at his own children, who he outright says make him think of his brothers and just continue the cycle like he has learned nothing. You got out, you're alive, you're happy and you're damn lucky that you did. Don't let it happen to your sons. Don't be Fritz.
