It felt like a fight, which is what this match should have been. I don’t love the wonky ending and having a brawl end on a roll up, but the match was awesome. Yeah, it certainly felt big time, that's for sure, and you could easily believe that all three women hated each other with a passion.

With a better ending it would have been the best womens match of all time.

So while I'm sure plenty speculation can be made, good or bad, for why the ending was booked the way it was, let's get one thing out of the way first: If Charlotte was as over as Becky is, this match would've ended with a clean win. And it wouldn't have been a triple threat at all, for that matter. If it was literally anyone but Ronda, you may be right. There's no way anyone was going to just put her away dead to rights the first time.

The ref out of position ending was kinda underwhelming for a Wrestlemania.
I can see them doing Rhonda vs. Lynch at MitB. Before Rhonda leaves forever.

It was a great match and a testament to the ability of the 3 women to get to crowd so invested when they must have been so tired.
Weird, clunky and awkward final few minutes though with the table not breaking and the messy roll up.
I feel if the table exploded into smithereens and the roll up caused a near fall into a Disarmer for the win we'd all be looking on the match a lot more favourably.
But it was a great match, and the right person won. Best Mania main event since 31 too, although that's not saying a whole lot cause the last 3 year's main events have been absolute ass.

Is no one appreciating how quick Charlotte walked into the stadium from her helicopter??

I can see them doing that, and Becky vs Charlotte earlier in the night or something. I do think that at the end of MITB (or Backlash if they want to drag it out a bit longer) though, Becky is walking out with one less title. Because she'll probably get cashed in on. If I had to take a guess who wins the title via cash in, I would probably say Asuka? Because there's a pretty big Japan tour at the end of June that WWE has been doing some real heavy marketing on. And Asuka is front and center on that poster. And it's the RAW crew being advertised.

Ironically, having them in the Main Event hurt them in terms of the ending, in my opinion. In the middle of a card, the crowd is more receptive and frankly more awake to understand the intending finish, as opposed to the end of the night, when people didn't have a clue what happened. I'm sure it's a tradeoff the women will take though, and all 3 worked their asses off.

After HHH-Batista, every remaining match was worked in double speed and it really shows how important pacing is in a big match.
I'd almost argue that main eventing modern WMs with the 7 1/2 hour time frame is more of a curse than a gift. You can tell they were just cramming their shit in and it led to more botches and made it all look too sloppy. Not much in that match you can put in any of their highlight reel resumes.
I get they're protecting Ronda, but the last match at your 'Super Bowl' should end with a clear, decisive outcome. This is the kind of finish you get from an episode of RAW. This was Becky's year and her moment feels deflating.
I still think Charlotte was unnecessary to begin with, but the company loves her and will shoehorn her into everything. I feel bad for the 3 women, because with Ronda's mystique gone and Becky's win looking tainted, hard to see where there's another WM main event match for women talent available. Horsewomen vs. Horsewomen is more of Survivor Series main event, and that's being generous.

The ending was too abrupt for my tastes, an obvious setup for a Lynch/Ronda program afterward. But on its own, it was a great match in general and the right competitor won.

I don't think it was as good as I wanted it to be, it felt like they were moving too fast, either give them more time or do less and sell more, and I think it could've been better. I don't really mind the finish if that's what they meant to do. There were several times where Becky would be face to face with Charlotte or Becky, and then the actual showdown doesn't last long until the third person is in the fight again, nothing really had time to breathe.
Still though I love the chemistry between the three. They fight like they hate each other and you don't get that a lot in today's wrestling.

I would have been fine with the crucifix ending the match if Ronda's shoulders had stayed down.
It felt like a way to protect her, when Becky should have had the definitive win. It wasn't necessary. Ronda could have still called it "luck" even while definitely getting pinned.

Middle of the card that would have been fine. But ending of mania? Nah. They needed the mania 20 ending with the underdog tapping out the big bad clean.

I agree with the general consensus of it being a smash-mouth, emotionally heightened and aggressive twenty minutes of action, but that ending deflated the crowd and took away from the reaction that Becky Lynch should have received for winning.
With that said, as far as endings for that match, it was the best case scenario as where it wasn't "conclusive" it leaves the door open for a one-on-one rematch between Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch at SummerSlam.
I expect Rousey to start Raw tomorrow, demanding a rematch and when she isn't granted it from Stephanie McMahon(because remember, rematches are no longer mandatory,) she'll decide to leave the company. This gives her that off time it has been rumored that she wants and you could easily stretch that out until mid-July when she's re-introduced by her NEW advocate, Paul Heyman.

Wasn't the mark out ending or celebration I wanted, but I'll put it this way: I'd rather post in a thread about how Becky won instead of why she didn't. They should've done better, but I'll take what I can get with the company these days and they made me a happy guy with the three top babyfaces winning.
It does leave the door open for that one on one Ronda vs. Becky match, which after tonight I'd have a feeling would be really good.

I completely agree that this should be the next course of action. You could even have Shayna Baszler come in and stick up for her poor sport pal for a while in the meantime.

Pretty good but I was tired for it, annoys me how blatantly the ending was setting up for next year but at least Becky won.

everything was good, but the ending. at least it was just a boring finish with the right winner though instead of what the main events usually get
