Eh, I didn't really want an actual unification tonight. Just let some goof team like the Bar run in and take a pin instead. I guess someone more important could have done it but let's just let these guys take a victory lap for once. That’s the one thing im grateful for. They didn’t actually unify the titles and made both brand respective champions actually respectful. Everything else was a bit of a mess, though lol

Such a cop out. They had the goodwill of the fans again after Wrestlemania, and less than 24 hours later managed to book themselves into "bullshit!" chants. WWE is so all over the place. Guarantee you this just gets forgotten next week or we get some pointless tag match on SDL, and then it's forgotten. I'll be impressed if they bother giving Cesaro/Sheamus any exposition, either.

Did they even mention how Cesaro/Sheamus have been McMahon personal assassins in regards to Kofi? Or that handicap match that literally happened a month ago? Because from what I caught, they used the same finisher on Kofi at one point which seems like something to mention for sake of ongoing stories.

At the very least, all three major babyface champions survived the night (and in Seth's case, survived the week) with their titles in tact. That's excitement right there. Is that why they brought Prichards.

I can't believe people thought Kofi was actually going to lose the title tonight. If anything, I thought Seth was going to lose it due to the random elbow pad. But, I also thought Drew was gonna come out and cause the DQ lol

Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo E should f*** off with that. That was a trick to get people to watch to the end. No story or character development was gained with it. E was clearly being sarcastic with that tweet.

I think most people were expecting an interruption, but there were many options better than The Bar and then having a tag match. Mhm. Or just have Bryan/Rowan interfere and set the tag up that way. It would’ve made a bit more sense then a rando Bar attack. Yeah, at least Bryan is over with the crowd. If they jumped in, I don't think the reaction would've been as bad.

That was the worst possible way to do that, if you’re going to have someone run in and turn into a tag match make it not the Bar. I mean send a shitload of important guys in there New Day, Braun, and Seth vs. Drew, Bryan, Rowen, and the Bar. Anything but a tag match against the Bar where there’s no reason for it.

I get the impression with the shake up next week WWE doesn't want to start anything Makes sense, to be fair.

I can't believe people thought Kofi was actually going to lose the title tonight. Which is another silver lining that I’ll give them. Yeah. the Raw after Mania should be fun, and hell, maybe the tag match would’ve been just as hyped if they set this up at the beginning, but it shouldn’t be an automatic catalyst of everything one week away from everything being thrown out of wack. At least the Becky/Lacey stuff makes sense as she’s the double champ.

And to talk about the match in general like I said in the main thread they should have done some BS like New Day and Shield vs The Bar, Drew, Lashley, and name a team
The Bar can eat the pin and you send the crowd home happy with two of the best factions of all time celebrating and Dean giving his farewell speech once it is over
Roman doesn't have to work that much except do a spot, Seth can take it easy, Kofi can enjoy himself a bit and Dean gets the W and leaves pretty much basic

Very much so. Why do new angles now if there's gonna just be a soft reboot of the rosters the following week? The problem, of course, being you can't really do much on a RAW where you need to do much. Now, I disagree pretty heavily with the idea that WWE's goodwill from last night is all gone already but they have to make sure a weak RAW like tonight is an aberration going forward.

If the biggest amount of goodwill WWE has gotten in an ice age can be killed off by a BS tag match idk what to say

I’m not gonna say the WWE sucks again just because of one weird and poorly planned booking decision, especially when they sort of set some nice things up with Lacey/Becky, a returning heel Sami, crazy Mojo, weird ass Bray, heel Rooble, top guy Major Bros, Dana finally getting some form of chance, and Lars.. It was a fine Raw minus the Main Event.
