With all these quittings, workers being frustrated with the company, irrational decisions, how long until Vince loses control of the company? Would he be forced out or do you think he stays until he kicks the bucket?

I'm gonna say within the next year. He seems to be in pretty poor health and I imagine that combined with the stress that's going to come from the XFL coming more together is probably going to be too much for him to continue to focus his time on WWE.

Probably between 5 and 10 years. But closer to 10 than 5.

When he's dead, basically. I don't think he'd ever voluntarily retire and I don't think he can be outright forced out of the company.

Within the next year I think Vince will be "encouraged" to retire

I honestly don't think that he will ever not be in control of WWE. If anyone is a fan of the old "Saw" movie series, after the death of the main villain in the third installment, they decided to keep it going for another four or five sequels with him running things from the grave by leaving detailed instructions for an apprentice. That's how I think the WWE will run. Vince McMahon has envelopes and recordings of all the people that he wants Triple H to push, depush, punish, etc. for the next 40 years or so to be released into Triple H's custody upon Vince's death.
Serious answer: I will honestly be shocked if they are not owned by Disney in the next five years. I have predicted that ever since Disney went into "buy up everything and control the world" mode. The Disney purchase of Fox along with Fox having a business relationship with WWE has only made me more confident that we will see this. If Vince McMahon is still alive at that point, he will be nothing more than a figure head.

There's too much baggage with it for them to bother, it doesn't really at all fit any of their existing business models, and really even if they wanted to get in on the wrestling market (and I don't see why on earth they would) they could probably start up a viable competitor in an instant.

I honestly think its a lot sooner than we think. Within the next 5 years, I'd honestly say within 2 or 3.

(not trying to sound sarcastic; I legit didn't know) Yeah, it's weird. Fox sold everything but the broadcast TV Network, their cable sports channels, and news channels, everything else went to Disney. They are both still using the Fox name and keeping the same branding so it is real easy to mix it up.

The sports channels were originally part of the deal, but that got struck down because it was considered an anti-trust violation. The Fox Network and Fox Sports are still owned by Murdoch and co. I think the networks Disney got as part of the deal are FX, FXX, FX Movies, and Fox's share of ownership in the National Geographic and Nat Geo Wild networks.
