Obviously only one show but what would you like to see them approve on whether it be technical, look, etc
I think a few guys could stand to "fill out" more in terms of their look. Guys like MJF and Adam Page look good but they could def tone up and improve their looks even more which I think will be key. You don't have to be full on WWE body of course but def lose a little bit of the indy look
Directions on matches could be changed too. I think the ref discretion clause should be something used loosely because the rules were outright ignored at points and that shouldn't be discretion as much as enforcing it.

I only watched the preshow so I don't have too many opinions.
So from what I saw, that battle royale did not work for me as a concept. Needs some refining if they ever want to use a similar ruleset again. The way 4 come out at a time is my main beef.

No more shots at WWE. I get why they did that for their first ppv, but don’t go the WCW/TNA route. Just focus on you.

I don't mind the concept but yeah it needs to be refined Something should be on the line for the people that are in your particular suit but i guess this is one of those things that may work better on TV as far as having guys wrestle and wins and losses determines their suit

Needs some refining if they ever want to use a similar ruleset again. The way 4 come out at a time is my main beef. When they were going over the rules before the Battle Royal started I thought to myself, are we sure Russo isn't working backstage somewhere? That was the most Russo-riffic battle royal I've seen since the Reverse Battle Royal in TNA. Even as I was watching it I wasn't fully sure what the hell was going on. I'd be perfectly happy if that concept never returned.

I'd like JR to be more on focus with that regard Yes, he was right about the 20 count making more sense than a 10 count but he went on a few slow tangents about how this works better here as compared to over there This is real

Music. Good god it was dreadful. Production needs some work and a less trigger happy producer. Personally I'd get rid of the mood lighting as well, it's shit in WWE and it's shit here. I'd also get rid of Justin Roberts but that's just me.
The pacing needs some work too. Far better than All In when they ran out of time but this felt like the next wrestlers were coming out while the previous match was still walking up the ramp.
They really need to do a better job of explaining who the characters are as well. If you're wanting to expand to WWE levels then you can't expect everyone to already know who people like Kenny Omega are. Jericho and Moxley, sure, Cody and Dustin yeah. But the rest, they need to explain who they are, their background, etc

I would probably get rid of JR. I liked JR when I was younger, but I felt that Excalibur and Alex Marvez did a fantastic job themselves.
Also, go with a two-man commentary. If you want JR, use him sparingly.

Reining in the dangerous bumps. I don't mind blading in moderation, or the crazy flippy spots with performers who know how to do them correctly, but some of the head/neck bumps looked a few millimeters away from being crippling.
Also the assorted commentary/production botches, but that's less an issue and will improve with time and experience.

They should also get rid of those entrance ramps that look like they came from the TNA garage sale. Seriously TNA had those during the FSN days 15 years ago. Find something more current.

The only things that really stuck out to me were the theme music and that blue crowd lighting. The music was mostly awful for everyone and you could barely hear it, and that crowd lighting looked too much like WWE. They should really drop some big bucks for Jim Johnston, he said he would be down.

They need a male monster or two.

Music is actually a good point. A ton of the undercard talent just had very crappy music and worse than that the music didn't stand out at all. Also they should just retire the Casino Battle Royal gimmick, it just didn't work

One thing I picked up on was that they went in on the crowd shots just as much, if not more than, WWE. That’s been kind of a pain in the ass on WWE shows so I wasn’t so keen on seeing it so much at DON.

They need a male monster or two. Signing Luchasaurus helped in that regard imo For me it'd just be the themes having more personality, and I think they can do that if they have more time. Otherwise I really genuinely enjoyed the entire show without much complaint, aside from maybe how they introed the Smash Bros, but they'll fix that.

Music needs to be looked at, both content-wise (more and different music options for guys) and in terms of mixing.
Timing needs to be loosened up and segments need to be given room to breath. Coming in at under time is a good thing for the overall (especially after going over at All In) and now they can give the matches some extra time for beats. Hoping the that crew for All Out is doing Fyter Fest and Fight for the Fallen because those should be good places to get timing down.
Camera work and direction 100 percent needs to iron out a lot of problems, missing spots because you are green is one thing, but getting bad habits is another.
When debuting acts, make sure you can talk about the act without running into ire from Nintendo and come up with an alternate identity for them in advance, so that commentary has something to call the Super Smash Brothers because their debut was cool but it was hurt by both comms and the arena not know who they are.
More inexplicable things like the cracker barrel from the main.

Definitely the entrances. Other than Jericho not a single entrance stood out (except maybe Cody smashing the throne but I missed that). I don't like Justin Robert's announcing either but they won't kick him out after one show obviously but they can definitely improve the music.
