They are idiots no doubt imo for not offering him the full money but as I said I don't blame them. More so because they would have f***ed it up. If you aren't sure about his ability to stay healthy and you still offer him the cap, you are admitting you have no idea what to do wit him. You're going to have to be delicate with Durant for that full 4 year deal and off jump they seemed scared and scared money don't make no money. Off the basis of if you don't believe in it, leave it alone because they would have been dooming themselves more since that shit tends to happen. If it is me running the show, I offer him that full money and live with the consequences because you don't get that type of caliber a player interested in you all the time and even if he is only 75% of what he was, he would have a supporting cast to help him.Β Kings with a low-key good off-season. Hell yeah brother.

Some team out there has to take the risk on KD, because he was the best player in the league for almost 3 years. Knicks have as much space as anyone, it doesn't cost them assets to acquire him, and the need is there. Knox is an ok talent, but if all their starters reach their ceiling, SF is the biggest hole. If they don't, SF is still probably their biggest hole unless DSJ has problems distributing the ball like he did in Dallas. And NY has needed this type of a talent since Amare's knees died. If they shot their shot and he said no, fine. If they shot their shot and he signed and his knee didn't hold up, fine. Yes, people would kill them for an albatross contract, but it wouldn't be their first and it's an understandable risk today. Even if KD never comes back to the player he was, I think them passing on him is a mistake. To me, this is a risk you HAVE to take, and they didn't try. Kings with a low-key good off-season. Like I said scared money don't make money. They tried but they didn't try all the way. They f***ed up and they better hope Bklyn don't win a chip because that will the bane of their existence for years Kings has had a good day and so has Utah

Kings with a low-key good off-season. Hell yeah brother. Well, you were dead on about Doncic over Bagley, but right now it's a huge about-face from how you were probably feeling at this time last year. Bagley looks great, Hield looks great, Fox probably has an All Star appearance(or two or three) in his future, that pick turned into the last lottery pick and Langford in a pretty shallow draft, solid and reasonable FA signings. Things are going well for you guys right now.

The Jimmy Butler deal is for the max 4 year and $142 million Thatβs just insanity to me. I honestly wouldnβt have gone near him no matter my situation. For Miami that's not a bad deal He fits that team well and if they can clear some cap the team itself will look really good sooner than later

Kawhi will not hold meetings tonight but he did speak to Magic earlier today and will meet teams this week
Man, Lakers got a lot to lose if he don't sign and they are waiting on him. Clippers will be fine and Toronto is on the high of their title so Kawhi coming back is a bonus
Lakers losing out on a lot of talent by waiting

Said from jump he's going be good he's a mix of Bosh and Amare but y'all was really complaining about this man on game 1 of Vegas ball lol

Then I eventually opened my eyes and realized his outerworldly potential. I always believed in Fox. Didnβt think Hield would make the leap he did. Was worried about sending out a top-3 pick. Didnβt know exactly what they had I. Giles. I had the Kings at 18 wins last season. lmao

Not worried yet, but confused. Then he broke out last year, at times looking even better than I thought he would. Hield I thought was a very poor man's Redick, and he blew it out of the water last year. I don't know of anybody who saw that coming. That fanbase deserves it too, you guys have had a rough time since the days of being mugged by the refs. Well shit, I guess you guys have always just had a tough time.

hopefully Kahwai goes to the Lakers. It'd be good to see the years and years of positive management pay off for them.

If we lose out...yea we risked and it sucks we missed out on alot of solid starting 5 players but we still got max cap to fill out the team with AD and Lebron. Pat Bev (13m) -- Satoransky (9m) Curry (5m MLE) - Lance (vet min) LeBron (signed) - Thabo (vet min) Davis (signed) -- Kuzma (signed) Cousins (10m) - Chandler (vet min) Someone put this together if we do not get Kawhi and yea solid enough to contend for a title IMO.

Also Dragic to Mavs is a meh move
I'm guessing they didn't think they was getting Beverly. They still have more cap space tho and won't officially sign KP until they use all their space but that's a head scratcher. However, he is a vet who will be valuable to Luka development

Is there anything in this world crazier than the valuation by fans of Summer league? The combine where they get obsessive over numbers that don't matterΒ How about pre-draft videos of guys hitting three after three after three in an empty gym like Bamba and Culver. Like, have you ever seen a guy who couldn't make the NBA and played overseas shoot threes? It's insane, you'd think he was Reggie Miller. Hell, I've caught hot streaks in the gym and hit 8-10 threes in a row. Sometimes, the bucket looks big. It's weird that people cause more hype in open gym shots than after a season where these guys played full games against top peer competition. And you know, actual defense.

Jazz lose favors but picks up a stretch four. Will be interesting to see what happens with their defense when Gobert is on the bench.

DeAndre Jordan signed a 4 year and $40 million
OOF, that's expensive for a backup and maybe an occassional starter out his prime
Edit: KD and Kyrie are taking less than max so Jordan can get his money

I don't even want to think how badly a 34-year old DeAndre Jordan fits this evolving game.

Hey Money Made! KD and Kyrie are going to New York after all Man you missed out on Zion now on KD and Irving, not even Kemba wanted to go there. Yβall ended up with Julius Randle. The Knicks deserve to go to Alaska.
