I was listening to the radio on the way home today and there was some host talking about Harden’s historic season and how he had such a solid point about the MVP. Then the other guy says “What’s arguably the most important stat when looking at how valuable a player is?” The guy responds “PERS.” the other one responds, “I agree... And Giannis had the higher PERS.”
Got a good laugh out of me.
F Harden.

Kawhi Leonard bought and donated 1 million backpacks to LA's underprivileged kids ahead of the school year.
That's really cool of him.

Kobe called him soft last time....Lebron will just straight up put him head first into the basket if he is the same weak minded ego driven manchild he was before.
we shall see

Lakers said they liked the workouts from him and Noah and i'm guessing they think Howard has more in the tank than Noah does The min he starts bitching though he's outta there most likely. You there to try to win a chip and keep your mouth shut, so do the dirty work on the boards and act like this isn't your potential last stop

Stephen A says GMs and coaches are talking behind Melo’s back For whatever faults he has in his career, they doing him dirty at the end. Is Melo good enough to still play in the NBA? Yes. Is he willing and adept at the things that would make him an ideal bench player like defense, versatility, work ethic, etc? No, he's been pretty open about that. And just because he is more willing to be that guy now, doesn't exactly make him good at those things. I don't feel sorry for him. He's not being blackballed for changing the game like Curt Flood, not being blackballed for collusion like Lonnie Smith, not being blackballed for politics like Kap. He's just a guy who used to be really good at basketball and now he's not and still wants to play. There's thousands of those stories throughout sports history.

I think teams are more actively just saying nah because he is still good enough to play in the NBA and be a rotation player BUT years of his own shit has put him in this predicament. You left Denver and NY, the two teams who may possibly retire your number on bad terms so they have no sympathy to bring you back for one more run. He put money first his whole career and just 2 years ago he laughed at a bench role in OKC, so yeah he's pretty much done unless LeBron gets him a Lakers deal which I don't see happening

Idk about that many points More like 8-11 points, 8 rebounds, and a block assuming he gets like 15-18 mins a night

Yea, they went more upside with Howard as opposed to Noah who would have brought them an edge and be a big voice that LeBron probably doesn't want Howard wears out his welcome fast everywhere he goes though so he better act right

I personally think Team USA needed a swift kick in the ass. I'm not entirely sure it's going to wake them up. I see them not winning overall.

Nets G/F Caris Lavert signed a 3 year deal worth $52.5 million
Smart on his end, that's good money for 3 years especially after his knee injury

Him and to a lesser extent Joe Harris are gonna get a lot of run. Up tempo offense, Russell out, RHJ out, and Kyrie 70-75% in.

Nets have a underrated bench and a very underrated coach Dinwiddie and LeVert are going to have great years and Dinwiddie could possibly win sixth man as he was close last year but had to sit 6 weeks. Sit Kyrie on certain days since you have a free year to get things together without KD. On the flip side, the contract does make LeVert valuable with his knee deal so he could also be a trade piece too as they still need a 4 but I assume for this year Kurucs or Prince plays the 4
