I was kinda pulling for Fultz to turn it around, but had honestly very low expectations for him. Especially in Orlando. Their player development hasn't been the best historically. But he's done kinda well. But this is honestly just a segway to Chuck's best rant ever, after some Twitter troll told them to stop acting like Fultz was an underdog. I liked Fultz for a bounceback but I didn't know if he was confidence will ever bounce back and that shoulder would ever get right for his shot to actually look decent

I like Gordon but he has yet to put it all together which I think won't happen until he gets moved ala Olapido Fultz has low key had a really good year and been a good investment for Orlando. They are missing that pure scorer who can get them 30 at anytime to compliment that defense I agree with pretty much all of this. I still like Gordon but it's obvious that if he's ever going to reach his full potential it will be elsewhere which is why I hope he keeps up this play so we can trade him for decent value in the offseason, hopefully for an offensive minded wing. In the offseason we really need to move him and fully commit to Isaac at PF to anchor our defense and also, something that might not be obvious to people who don't regularly watch the Magic, we need to move one of Fournier or Vucevic. I like them both individually but too often they play a two man game on offense fans in town have taken to calling buddy ball and it can be stifling to the offensive development of Fultz and the other young players that need to get more looks on offense to hopefully develop. I don't see them trading Vucevic since they committed the money to him. Most likely trade candidates are Bamba, Fournier and Gordon. Gordon, I think they can get something decent back but it depends on the type of deal they are looking for. Orlando is in a position they sort of don't want to be in where they are a fringe playoff team and sort of at the mercy of getting a good but not great player. Add on the fact they haven't developed a star in a long time

Curry will not make his return tonight and will return βsometime in Marchβ
Might as well try to secure that top 3 before you bring him back to work off some rust

Lakers waive Troy Daniels
I'm guessing they pick up Dion Waiters

The refs in this Lakers/Pels game seem to be calling fouls totally at random. Not favoring any team really, just kinda whatever they feel like on a whim.

Kings win again today, tied for 9th now.
Just imagine how much better they would be if they didnβt waste their #2 pick. Lmao

Also; there is ZERO doubt in my mind there is a League Memo to the Refs to get NOLA into the 8-seed at all costs.

The little cluster around the 9th place won't last long as the Blazers face the Hawks tonight and the Spurs get the Pacers tonight and the Hornets tomorrow. The fight for survival is on and every game matters now, leaving no room for error.

Lol JR Smith is getting a workout with LA. Didnβt think he would ever play with LeBron again after his Game 1 brain fart against Golden State.

Knicks is somehow smoking Houston
This is the downside of small ball, if you aren't hitting an ungodly amount of 3's then you aren't getting O rebounds for extra possessions and that one and done style is going to kill you

This could change the way the NBA is done with their fan interactions.

This could change the way the NBA is done with their fan interactions. CJ McCollum of the Blazers has already said he isn't signing autographs for a while

The Heat really put it on the Bucks last night. Definitely not worried about Milwaukee, but man, the Heat are made for playoff basketball. I'd be real worried if I was the Celtics, Raptors, or 76ers. Only one team can lose to Milwaukee in the EFC, and my money is on Miami.

Thus far Adebayo has done it twice and Embiid did it on Xmas. If you can clog up the plane you force him to take shots and youβll have to live with if he makes it However, while you can probably shut him down one game, itβs going to be hard to do it through a 7 game series. Miami biggest problem is they are bad on the road which will come back and bite them

Miami biggest problem is they are bad on the road which will come back and bite them It very well may, but Miami is built for playoff basketball. Defense becomes paramount, which is why D'antoni's will again be a bridesmaid. Philly's defense has not come together like they'd hoped in the off-season. Boston has good defense and a good rotation. Toronto a little bit less so IMO. Miami and Toronto will have the same problem of finding scoring options for really tightly contested games. Kawhi's Jordan-esque offensive postseason made up for a lot of their shortcomings. And as much as they've exceeded my expectations this season, I still think that will be a bugaboo for them and Miami. Fun fact, those 3 teams have the best 3 point defenses in the NBA.

If you put Jimmy Butler on the Raptors I think they beat the Bucks, but Jimmy on the inexperienced/bad on the road Heat, the Raptors without a true star, and the Celtics lacking the bigs required to stop Giannis means Milwaukee is going to go through the East, IMO. The Sixers if they get healthy might be a problem but they suck on the road too.

I think Miami is a team those other teams like Boston, Toronto etc don't want to play. Tatum is coming into his own and Kemba is a much better piece for Boston then Kyrie was. They are a Center away and I think someone like Drummond would fit perfectly for them but they can always try to get Adams in the offseason

Knicks (James Dolan) and Spike Lee are feuding
Apparently, Dolan tried to say he changed a policy with the Knicks and they wouldn't Spike in as a video showed yesterday. He ended up getting in by halftime. Spike said today he's not going to no more Knicks games for the rest of the season as he doesn't understand why Dolan did that to him

Right down to the fact that he is probably 5'4.
