WandaVision has been bumped from 6 to 9 episodes starting Jan 15th but Falcon and Winter Soldier is sticking to 6 from its start date of March 19th.

I hope they manage the extended run well. The Netflix Marvel shows were known for being episodes longer than they needed to be, which led to a lot of fluff.

So are we gonna see Quicksilver at all in Wandavision or not? He's either a reveal they're hiding or Marvel legit forgot about the guy.

Since they've already admitted to still being in post-production on a good chunk of the season, I wouldn't be surprised if, instead of being a creative decision, that "extended run" was a way for them to delay the last few episodes in order to have a couple more weeks to finalize the editing & the effects.
It shouldn't be too hard to split some of the longer episodes in two, or to restructure some subplots into their own additional episode.
