I loved it. Lol.
I like my DC as the light under pressure of immense darkness. It’s not a situation where they face an apocalyptic scenario and somehow everyone has a happy heroic ending. Its messed up and bad things happen, but they keep going.
So yeah I liked it a lot. I do wish that team would get alittle more time to breathe. Like 4 of these movies were all being worked on in some capacity at the same time.

He was the hero we wanted Henry Cavill's Superman to be.

He was the hero we wanted Henry Cavill's Superman to be. Yeah I suppose but that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy the more introspective take on the character that they tried in the Cavill films. I did but this movie did one of my favorite things. which is the scrappy Superman that has to put things together even when he has nothing. There’s an episode of Justice League where he’s sent to another planet/the future and has to figure out how to get back with no powers and just a car at his disposal. Love that shit.

Clark takes down the Alpha of a pack of future mutant wolves, fashions himself a sword and basically adopts the pack as his sled team. Superman, always a nice guy but can be an utter badass when need be.
