F***, man. F*** cancer, especially a 17 year battle with it, that can't have been a fun 17 years. I hope she's at least at peace now.

The Super Mario Bros. movie may not have been good, but I loved the song Roxette did for it. It may have been the last song I ever heard from them.
RIP

17 years is a terrible amount of time to deal with cancer, and 61 is so young. RIP to her.

Roxette were fantastic, one of those pop acts who seem to be overlooked despite putting out so many excellent pop songs. 17 years is a long time to have to deal with cancer, but she put up one hell of a fight. Rest in Peace, Marie.

I'm getting bad flashbacks to December 3 years ago.
It's been so bad these last few days, I feel like pulling a Scott Keith and saying "hope no one else dies" whenever I'm not online :-(

The first band I ever loved, my first concert I attended and one of my first celebrity crushes.
R.I.P. Marie, one of the greatest pop vocalists.
