I'm guessing it'll be Shayna showing up at the Rumble and winning just to face Becky.

Because Mania needs even MORE matches.

Sounds really vague but worded cleverly enough that they'll be 'correct' no matter what happens. NXT has had a role every year in the form of the ATGMBR. If it's something more serious then yeah, I can see Shayna being built up to face Becky since it looks like Ronda will be sitting this one out.

Oh so the show will be 9 hours now instead of 7. Sweet! That 2 hour iron woman match is probably a bad idea.

When they floated the idea of Wrestlemania taking multiple days they obviously didn't mean 6-8 hour shows over 2-3 days, they meant a single 36 hour show.

I mean that sounds really vague. A few of us expect Shayna to win the Rumble but if that is the case, you can really stop saying she is part of NXT at that point
Outside of that, maybe an NXT title match which would be dope but otherwise you are going to get them in battle royals

Much as I salivate at the thought of Shayna winning the Rumble, it sounds as if this means NXT is doing something totally separate, not just an NXT person in a major match.

From a logic standpoint, they should main event the show with the NXT title, since it is the dominant brand, as established at Survivor Series.

Main eventing WM doesn't mean a damn thing If they really want to showcase them, put them in the first 2 hours I’d honestly want to disagree with you but then I remember most of the Worst ‘Mania Matches Ever poll includes a bunch of main event matches that barely anyone remembers now. So yeah, make it lead an hour and build it big time.

Like I was there this year and imo the matches were structured to damn near perfection but it is hard to feel energy when you been drinking, eating and cheering all day Until Mania goes back to 4 hours, it is hard to feel excited for a main event unless it is something absolutely crazy.

It's weird. When I was a kid, going to WrestleMania was a dream. Now, that I'm an adult making decent money, it's more of a nightmare. Every year, I just think "imagine having to go to the bathroom or sitting next to someone obnoxious for the entire show." A 3 to 4 hour show is the perfect time for the event. Sitting in my recliner at home with my snacks is the new dream.

I was the same way a few years ago with my brother basically saying every year yo let's go and this year because it was in NY I was like f*** it. We got to the stadium at 1 and just drank all day and got into stupid shit Not to disparage a place like this but it is good to get away from the cynicism. Everybody at Mania is people who want to be there and it is a really fun environment because everyone is happy to be there and just interacting with other wrestling fans. Now it helps that this was a good show recently that everyone left the stadium happy but when you get an experience like that you want to go every year

I still kick myself over the fact that I passed up free tickets to be in the crowd for Brock Lesnar breaking the streak and Daniel Bryan winning the title.

The place on the card everyone should want at Mania in today’s era is going on 1st, not last. You’ll get the hottest crowd reaction and get to leave early.

This year’s rock concert will be O’Reilly walking down to the ring and playing the tag belt.
