Here's another one: Both Nick at Nite (which is considered a separate channel from Nickelodeon) and TV Land used to have more than 4 shows on their respective schedules. Man, Nick at Nite used to be so good. I still remember the ad they did for I Dream of Jeannie that was in the style of "Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega.

I noticed how Food Network is all Chopped reruns. It seems like TV itself is dying. It's weird how you can simultaneously say that television is in a renaissance for TV shows, and also dying a slow, cancerous death, and be right on both points. There are a ton of amazing shows out there right now, but they're almost all on pay cable services or streaming services, and they're all being overwhelmed by an absolute metric shit-ton of garbage, generic sitcoms and cop proceedurals and reality TV. It's amazing how weirdly fractured the market is now.

TNT here used to air at 8PM, then 9PM, at Cartoon Network. Once you hit that time, no more cartoons, just some old black and white movies most of the time, though I recall I saw some WCW back then.

BBC America used to actually show British programming!!! GSN had more than just Steve Harvey Family Feud. Comedy Central had the best show of the nineties, plus stand-up, classic sitcoms, and UK comedies. And in its original form, Clutch Cargo reruns. (actually if we can fit in HA! too, we can say CC = the former Candid Camera Channel.)
At least BBC America still has Doctor Who, and they showed Top Gear all the time up until Hammond, Clarkson, and May left the show.

SyFy used to be The Sci-Fi Channel and actually showed science fiction. ABC Family used to be The Family Channel. It's still pretty much the same thing, just owned by Disney now. I think of The Family Channel, I immediately think of Maniac Mansion.
