Until Vince McMahon isn't making decisions anymore it's best to not get invested in anyone that isn't one of their pet projects, they even yo-yo those guys so the ones they don't care about get it way worse.

Wait, they put him over Lashley clean, then had him squashed by Lesnar and pinned by whoever this guy with the 24/7 belt is? And that happened all in like two weeks? This is page 3 of “How to book wrestling the WWE way” that they give to new creative team members.

Thing is, you can throw a dart towards most of the roster and point out that exact statement: can do a lot of wild moves, but has no charisma. Humberto Carillo, Cedric Alexander, Akira Tozawa, Apollo Crews, any member of Lucha Suck Party. Problem is, WWE does not like it when people that are not being pushed show up people that are getting pushes (besides the whole safety issue). Hence the restrictions on what you can and can't do. Thus, we're stuck with a lot of bland, boring white meat talent who are stuck doing who knows what wasting space in the back. The idea that someone like Ricochet (or Alexander or Crews or Tozawa or Kalisto...) has no charisma is ridiculous. These are likable dudes. They're just not parts of interesting stories, and there's a whole vibe of them where we all know they don't matter, so why should we care? No money or creativity went into their entrances or costumes, they don't get character moments. They're presented as nobodies. People said this about Eddie for years. A ton of guys have it in them, they just need angle to sink their teeth into. The current creative structure severely limits that.

This actually makes me wonder more about where Lashley's standing is.

Wonder if Richochet got heat for an attitude problem or anything. I remember in the past he had had some attitude issues but that was while he was dating Tessa Blanchard.
Could also just be they list interest in him who knows

I just checked the Riddick vs Ricochet vid on YT, and yikes at that Like/dislike ratio.

Funny thing is, by the rules of transitive relation, Riddick Moss is now only two wrestlers removed from being able to beat Roman Reigns clean. Lashley > Reigns (Extreme Rules 2018) Ricochet > Lashley (RAW 2/10/20) Moss > Ricochet (RAW 3/2/20) Therefore... Moss > Reigns?

Why is he called Ricochet anyway? It’s the closest visual example of how spastic HHH knew Vince would use him.

I just checked the Riddick vs Ricochet vid on YT, and yikes at that Like/dislike ratio. I gave him the brass ring. Like from father to son. It was there for him to just pick up. BUT HE NEVER PICKED IT UP! And he disappointed me, forever, pal... Ricochet, I don't ever want to hear that name again. THAT SNEEZIN' SON OF A BITCH~!

Yeah, I thought Tyson Kidd was a super charismaless void... then he went to NXT and was given a chance to actually do something and realized how good he actually was. and I mean you don't have to go far back to see Ricochet's charisma... I mean let Ricochet do things like this on the main roster and show off his swagger.

Complete waste of a guy who could have been their 21st century Rey Mysterio.

Why not use some random dude from 205 Live or literally anyone else for this? Why sink one of the most gifted guys on the roster?

As much as I want to pile on the "bad booking" train with everyone else, could this possibly be leading to something? A talented wrestler in a bit of a slump in need of guidance, perhaps from a Monday Night Messiah?

Oh, I never said it was a good idea. Just that it was an idea. lol It could be one of those situations where the powers that be feel that a heel turn would help him to develop more personality, like with that bland Rocky Maivia fella.
