I liked Haas, thought he was a good worker, but these random tag teams made it painfully obvious that he was the Jannetty of the team. Don't forget he was later teamed up with Viscera on Raw due to their mutual disdain for... Lilian Garcia. 🤦♂️ Haas also returned to WWE as MGS3 Big Boss in 2006. I thought he was going to get a mercenary gimmick for sure. Say what now? I watched every week in 2006 and have no recollection of that.

Also title of most expensive in No Mercy it comes with the environment of the profession. Godfather be making sure he gets that cash lol But yes Charlie Haas and Rico were an odd thrown together team I really liked their pairing. Rico had charisma in spades and I thought he did an great job at bringing some personality out of Charlie Haas.

Why in the middle of the invasion was Albert IC champ? He did nothing of noteworthy during that time period. At least he was consistent. Because at no time during his WWE career did he ever do anything noteworthy. A-Train was pretty dope.

Didn't he make his comeback one random week just to have a match with Sheldon Benjamin? That's how I think it went. Would've been interesting if Russ was alive and he would've teamed up with Charlie in main roster.

Had the titles for a week presumably just to have a TV title change, give Owen something to whine about leading to his heel turn, and to get some more heat on the Quebequers (which admittedly aren’t bad reasons). And despite their very short reign, they actually have a successful title defense on one of the Coliseum Videos. As a kid, I felt that made them feel like more than just a fluke. So strange that Marty Jannetty does have a WWF Tag Team Title reign, but it isn’t with Shawn or even Leif Cassidy. Just think at Royal Rumble 94 we could have got 123 Kid & Jannetty vs Bret & Owen Hart.

It's obviously nice to be friends with Undertaker. He had that one match with Benoit at No Mercy 2003. Other than that, hard pass on anything he ever did no matter what his name was.

Kid and Jannetty could have continued their run and the Harts could have still had their Feud.

He didn't even win the title! Shane just stopped defending the European Title for a while, and then Mideon found it in Shane's luggage when the Corporate Ministry was a thing. And, Shane just made him champion.

The fact that the title said WWE title and not titles made me think WWE (world) champions and well no one other than Jinder came to mind. Kofi in 2019 also really didn't click with me. His 2009 run towards the title (before Orton squashed his push) made more sense to me for him to become world champion. You're one of the few Kofi didn't click with then He got his hottest of his career at the right time and had a very good reign that gets overshadowed by the Brock L Yeah I know I'm one of the few. I actually didn't mind the push they were giving to Ali when he got taken out of the match that Kofi ended up winning. I would have rather seen Ali rise to stardom than Kofi.

I always thought both of those were odd. I totally dug Abert as IC champ. He was perfectly believable He was credible, but it was definitely a clear transitional champion win since Kane only had so many people he could believably be pinned by. It also highlighted how goofy X-Pac was as leader of a stable when the group's muscle gets a bigger win than he and Justin ever did as a team.

I honestly was pissed D'Lo got Lex Luger'd. He just won the IC Belt. Also Spike as European Champion wasn't as random as he and Taz as WWF World Tag Team Champions.

Haku just looked like a enhancement talent then and Andre was about as useful as a cardboard cutout. He didn't need it at this time. HBK should have had one last run though.
