So heading to Korakuen for this tomorrow. It’s going to be emotional and I don’t know what to expect. Kagetsu, Asuka/Veny, Kyona, Syuri, Konami etc, quite the crew getting together to commemorate. Hana forever. It’ll be one Fite if anybody wants to see: twitter.com/fitetv/status/1395809983678357513?s=21

I was trying to find info on a female wrestler who passed within the last year or two who I think wrestled for WWF in the 1980s and based on what I typed Hana's page came up and I saw that it was only two days from her one year passing. That year went very fast but it's still very sad what happened.

The show was fantastic. The most emotional one I’ve ever been to but they also just...made it fun, which was always Hana’s philosophy on wrestling.
The ending video package of wrestler’s saying “see you again” to Hana was tough. It had quite a few WWE/AEW stars.

The last 20 minutes were very blurry for me. Not because of Fite or anything. But because of my eyes.

Kagetsu needs to be given a real run with a company like AEW. No way she should have ever retired and I remember when it happened a lot of people thought it was BS too. Girls like her and Ryo could be over for years to come in the states.

She seems pretty over wrestling but who knows, maybe she got the taste again. Hazuki is the one from yesterday where it seemed like she was forced out.

I don't speak Japanese at all, but it apparently roughly translates to: Please agree with the following campaigns! "Minister of Justice Yoko Kamikawa: I call for severe punishment for insults as soon as possible!"

"Minister of Justice Yoko Kamikawa: I call for severe punishment for insults as soon as possible!" This likely stems at least in part from a couple of things that've happened since Hana's mother started working on raising awareness around this issue: she found that getting even basic information on people who sent threatening things to Hana took a whole lot of money, particularly for anyone without a full time lawyer on retainer, and the one guy who did face any consequences for what happened here paid a fine the equivalent of about $81 USD. Regulating online speech is tough, and a potential dicey road to go down given a lot of the complexities involved, but that doesn't mean there isn't a way to take online harassment and bullying more seriously without it turning into a way to silence people who are legitimately criticizing someone.

On another note: Jinsei Shinzaki is 54 and still looks as intimidating as ever.

I wasn't really familiar with her until this happened as I don't really follow the Joshi scene. Was she someone that would've made her way over here eventually? Just saying pictures of her in ring and some video I've scene, she looks like she would've been big here eventually if she would've wanted to.

Performing at both MSG and the Tokyo Dome before being legally able to drink in the United States is really impressive for anyone. For a woman to do that at such a young age (if at all), it's unheard of.

For what it’s worth Hazuki is hinting at returning to the ring after getting the itch from the Hana show. If I had to guess I imagine if she does it’ll be freelance since she and Stardom seem to be on bad terms. I’m hoping she shows up in Seadlinnng but she’s so good I’m happy to see her wrestle anywhere.

I know a lot of joshi retire young, but she's only 23, so I mean, I'd definitely love to see her mount a comeback if possible.

A lot of the young Joshi retirements have to do with injury or just moving on in life, but for Hazuki it’s apparent other factors were at play and she stepped aside fully healthy (well, as far as we know) so a comeback is probably more viable for her.

HZK was such a great seller; she could make 4'9" Death Yama-San look like a frickin' killer in that ring.
