Why are there no gifs of Superstar Billy Graham doing martial arts? This man was a master of every form of the karate, including the kung fu and every other kind that are too many to list. His hands were like blades slicing rips in the fabric of spacetime. youtu.be/otT7JirpgVg?t=41 |

On the 2006 DVD a commentator, I'm guessing for JCP was so funny saying Graham was a master of the martial arts.
He is such a huge "what if" in wrestling. He was definitely 10 years too soon with how talented he was. I can see him and Hogan doing huge business in a feud or even a partnership in the 1980s. He was only in his early 40s during the early WrestleMania years and yet his body was so broken down and he looked so much older.

I love how you could just make claims to being "karate champion of the world" in the 80's and there was no easy way to fact check.

Pretty sure it came from wanting to return after an injury, but thinking he wouldn't be able to perform at the same level, so he didn't want to tarnish his classic "Superstar" image. So, karate fighter Graham was one step short of putting on a mask and calling himself "Superstar" Willy Wham. |
