Tay vs King was good match on dark. Tay is ready to be a star just give her a storyline.

The girls delivered hard tonight. Really good matches all around
There's so much talent that's ready to break out. I really hope they get more time in the future on Dynamite and Rampage

I haven’t been watching much Dark lately, but I really enjoyed Conti vs King. Tay is a star and King needs to be signed. As cjb said, this division has a ton of talent that NEEDS to be on tv more. There is no reason I can think of not that have Tay Conti on Dynamite more often.

Would've loved for her to drop tay with brainbuster rather than just roll up but will get there

Wow some of those are shocking. For those that didn’t click the link: “ AEW's Women's Division and when most of its key players last appeared on Dynamite Hikaru Shida: May 28 (40 days) Serena Deeb: May 19 (49 days) Thunder Rosa: May 12 (56 days) Tay Conti: April 21 (77 days) Riho: February 17 (140 days) Abadon: January 6 (182 days) All of the above mentioned female talent is not injured and regulary appears on Dark & Elevation as well as other wrestling TV shows.”

I didn’t even realize how long some of the top women haven’t been on the main show. I understand Riho, I think she just came back, and Serena seemed to focus on the NWA, same as Rosa. But there is still no excuse why Shida and Conti never get tv time anymore.

Yeah, that sounds about right. And that's why, while I'd like to believe Rampage will solve this problem, I'm honestly skeptical. Low card guys and guys without plotlines still make the main show a lot. Pillman has, Sydal has, Dante Martin has, etc. But they never seem to have room for most of the women that aren't currently challenging for the title (or who are attached to a faction, like Bunny and Statlander).
That's not a lack of time, it's a lack of prioritisation. Now, WHY this is is harder to be sure of. We know some prominent voices, notably Omega, are boosters of women's wrestling so there's presumably also a powerful pushback against it, such as the network. But either way, it's hard to be confident we'll suddenly have a vibrant women's division with multiple ongoing feuds just because there's another main show; because bluntly, they have the talent and time to do that already and are choosing not to.

Abadon and Baker interacting at some point would be tremendous after Baker recoils in horror at Abadon's bloody mouth.

Annoys me that we can get time for dumb comedy matches with Orange Cassidy every week but their kickass women's division stars will just disappear for weeks or months on end without as much as a promo or vignette.

OC wrestles every week? I mean I hate how they book their women too but not sure why you'd bring up Cassidy who has consistently been one of their biggest draws and most over people in the whole company. They'd be stupid to not highlight him

And to their credit, Kris Statlander since coming back, has been on tv most weeks, she has been on tv regularly, thanks to being associated with Orange and the Best Friends, so she’s in a good spot. Of course, that’s not enough and more women need to be featured.

Thats being dumb.

Have her become what Eddie Edwards was in 2018(but without eating the baseball bat to the face).

Other than the network not being a fan of multiple women segments the only other thing I can think of not featuring more of the talent is promos. Its a stupid reason if it is but they never seem to have other storylines featured regularly. And if they do, they don't seem to have much speaking promos (Matt Hardy was speaking on behalf of Bunny which is something at least). The only women on the roster to speak frequently is Britt which makes sense as she is the divisions best promo but Rosa, Nyla are decent talkers as well as having Smart Mark with Jade to mix things up. It's not a fault of the division but it's something that just crossed my mind.

It's not a fault of the division but it's something that just crossed my mind. My read is that this is, in fact, a huge part of it. The long gaps between appearances actually track with some of the men on the roster; Sammy Guevara just mentioned on his vlog that he hasn't had a singles match in months. But Guevara is featured consistently with promos, tag matches, and group appearances, to where he never feels like he hasn't been around - I was actually surprised that it had been quite so long since he had had a one on one match. The women on the roster just...don't get those things. They get the same schedule for one on one matches, but nothing in between. The only wrestlers that they have who can carry an in-ring promo segment are Britt Baker, Thunder Rosa, and Nyla Rose - one of whom is being used to her full potential, another of whom is being de-emphasized presumably until she can sign a full contract, and the last of whom has been paired with a manager who is actively worse on the mic to ensure that she gets heel heat. This means two of their three good promo workers are not being used for that right now, and the rest of the roster is taking a hit to airtime because they aren't able to fill it the same way. And this is kind of a jarring issue for a division that had always intended to build around talent who don't speak English.

The only real angle you have playing out on Dynamite weekly is Nyla vs. Britt. And it's not a great angle so far, so it sticks out even more that women aren't getting enough promo time.
