That's what I would hope, I think it's way too easy to try and "cancel" someone and say they are racist for frankly just being dumb and having a lapse in judgement

Unless more comes out about Madi making comments like this in the past, I don't think this should be some rally to get her blacklisted from the company, rather a way for a young girl to learn so she never makes this mistake again.

Talking about chicken doesn't really correlate to anything other than maybe her just wanting to try and move on. The blocking is her not really knowing how to deal with the internet suddenly at her neck, pretty common when suddenly no one cares about you and now everyone does.

If she wants to be stubborn about it her career will pretty much be over as far as wrestling goes, so really it's up to her.

Japan half of the bracket is official

More than likely this half of the Bracket or the initial part of it will be online which makes sense I suppose. Will be interesting to see who is in it, I assume Yuka, Shojo, and Emi Sakura will be.

That is a hell of a first match announced, and Riho being on the US side of the bracket is Particular since it guarantees that someone else is hopping the pond at the end of this.

Hopefully we don't get just one match a week, though, because that is going to draaaaag. And one apiece on Dynamite and Youtube would be annoying and weird - they have the roster strength at the moment that they could be putting on two really good matches per week to get the US bracket over in three weeks.

I know it’s been brought up before but compared to when she first started, Britt’s gotten into great shape.

Wonder who hosts the Japan side. I assume TJPW would since they’re very open to using non contracted joshi like Emi etc. maybe they’ll announce it at this weekend’s show or at latest the big 2/11 show if they do

She hasn't just gotten in shape, she's so much better in ring that she used to be. She was so awkward when she first started, since she went heel she's gotten better and better.

If the Japan bracket actually takes place in Japan, I'm guessing it doesn't air on Dynamite. And I hope they at least have all of the US bracket on Dynamite.

It'll be a showcase online for them, either a part of DARK or like the women's tag it's own thing

If it’s a TJPW finalist I prefer it be someone AEW fans haven’t seen a lot of but would instantly love like Miyu.

Will be important to remember theres gonna be at least two Joshi on the Japan side that get two wins that count for AEW's rankings, and then one with at least three if they don't win, so it'll be a shakeup for the rankings

I'm obsessed with how much she's gotten better. Every aspect of her. I know she struggled with confidence when AEW first started, but every aspect of her is now just a star. I enjoyed her match with Shanna almost as much any match I've seen all year. I can't wait for her versus Rosa.

Other then how the graphic is, has anyone said, or has it been shown, that this is an "American" and "Japanese" side or brackets? I don't remember seeing that. It very much could just be talent from the United States and Japan. Like Deeb is America and Riho is Japan. America versus Japan in every match in the first round. But I could be wrong if someone has seen it being stated there is actually a Japanese and American round.
