Was just thinking about Perfect Strangers, and how the first couple of seasons had them working in an antiques store, but the later seasons they were working for the Newspaper. Any other examples of sitcom characters having multiple jobs throughout the course of a series (and I mean for more than 1 episode)?

Rachel and Chandler in Friends Peter has had a few different jobs in Family Guy hasn't he? he started at the Toy Factory.... he was fired and then started working at a ren fair... then they lampshaded he'd have his job at the Toy Factory back the next day... then eventually the Toy Factor was closed and he got a job at a brewery... I think he was a fisherman some time in there too... not sure if they ever explained that.

Despite what media showed afterwards, Barney Rubble seemed to have a variety of odd jobs here and there before settling to work with Fred at Slate's Rock & Gravel.
...hey, topic title never said it had to be a live-action sitcom.

Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place moved on from the Pizza Place i don't remember them working at the pizza place. One guy was an architect (because that is like number 1 sitcom job) and Ryan Reynolds made money by participating in double blind studies... that said Ryan Reynolds' character became a Doctor... and the other guy became a firefighter eventually.

I think they did work at the pizza place, Reynolds made money from the studies on top of what he earned from the pizza place

That 70s Show must hold the record for this. Almost every main character changed jobs (often multiple times) throughout the run of the show.
Red: auto-parts factory worker, manager at Price-Mart, owner of a muffler shop.
Kitty: went back and forth between nursing and being a housewife.
Eric: Price-Mart stock boy, dog food factory worker, waiter at a hotel/restaurant, teacher in Africa.
Hyde: Foto Hut employee, chef at a hotel/restaurant, record store employee/owner.
Kelso: underwear model, police officer, bouncer at the Playboy Club.
Jackie: Cheese salesperson, assistant at a TV station.
Fez: DMV worker, shampoo boy at a salon.
I think Donna is the only character who just had one job, as a radio DJ.

On the Golden Girls Rose spent the first few seasons working as a grief counselor and then moved on to an assistant to the local TV station's consumer affairs reporter.
Sofia had a few odd jobs through out the series (IE: Fast food, pizza stand, sandwich truck) but only for an episode or two at most.
And in the spin off Rose, Sofia and Blanche became hotel owners with Cheech and War Machine.
