Is Klopp blinded by TAA or what? Defensively he's not good and now all his crosses hit the first man. Why's he playing every possible minute?

Liverpool’s upcoming schedule is a nightmare, too.
Their next six matches are Spurs, West Ham, Brighton, City, Leicester and the Merseyside derby.
That is an insanely tough run.

I wouldn't say it's insanely tough, but it's tougher than United's next six, and probably a bit easier than City's. United have Sheffield United, Arsenal, Southampton, Everton, West Brom, and Newcastle. City have West Brom, Sheffield United, Burnley, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal. Not gonna discount Leicester, either. Rogers has got them playing with a ton of confidence, though late-season crashes in form are something of a speciality for him.

Arsenal sign Brighton's Mat Ryan on loan till the end of the season and it looks like we will be getting Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid on loan too. Happy with both signings and makes sense given our recruitment predicament at the moment. Really beginning to clear the decks for the future it seems.

They might do better against teams that attack. Liverpool are struggling against the bus parkers. When playing those teams, you must score first, then they can't sit back and hit you with a late sucker punch.

Jamaica’s record goal scorer, Luton Shelton, has died at the tragically young age of 35. He played for Sheffield United for a short while in the late noughties. link

Arsenal going out of the Cup with a bit of a whimper really. Put the wrong line up out with players that have massively underperformed this season or are not good enough against a team that has been better than us this season. Not very happy at all but hopefully this won’t affect our good league form recently.

Good lordy BBC commentary is awful. Danny Murphy sounded more depressed than Eeyore and Karen Carney is so annoying. Both fine as pundits in the studio but like Shearer should stay off commentary.
Almost makes me miss Mark Lawrenson. Almost. Well not at all.

Arsenal going out of the Cup with a bit of a whimper really. Put the wrong line up out with players that have massively underperformed this season or are not good enough against a team that has been better than us this season. Not very happy at all but hopefully this won’t affect our good league form recently. Arteta had one eye on the league meeting against them on Tues. Still, no excuse for the performance of the players which some were abysmal and could well have played their way out of the club soon. This summers transfer market will be interesting because the loan signings we've made/will make are only papering the cracks for the rest of the season for damage limitation,as good as Odegaard hopefully will be. But we need to turf out some absolute deadweight at the club desperately. Luiz and Mustafi can just f*** off, I think we will listen to offers for Nketiah and Lacazette (year left on their contracts, doubt we will offer new ones despite Lacazette's recent form), and we will lose Ceballas who hasn't done enough to justify anything, even if he wanted to stay (I'm sure he doesn't). Think we will probably sell Nelson and possibly (with a heavy heart) Maitland-Niles too. Might accept a bid for Elneny & Chambers too. We need shot of Pepe and William as well. It is f***ing embarrassing that we paid £75m+ for Pepe, and although we've got rid of the Ozil situation, we're paying Willian £200,000 a week for the next 2 and a half years for performances like that, f*** off. Something is seriously wrong with the transfer recruitment strategy and it needs amending now because we cannot keep offering players these ludicrous contracts to do f*** all. I like Edu, he is a legend but I am concerned that nothing is changing. Rant over.

You know, I'm almost starting to feel sorry for Kepa. Almost. £72 million.

You know, I'm almost starting to feel sorry for Kepa. Almost. £72 million. A reminder that Kepa is the most expensive keeper in the world. Not Buffon, Alisson, Ederson, Neuer, Oblak, De Gea, Courtois etc etc. Kepa is. If Chelsea get £72 million back for him that might be the greatest transfer of all time!

I will make the very arguable statement that Bruno Fernandes is the best player in England right now.
