Honestly its hard for me to be sympathetic. I guess its because the thought of paying to see someone naked is laughable when I can easily do that for free. So they all seem like scammers to me. But what do I know?

Honestly its hard for me to be sympathetic. I guess its because the thought of paying to see someone naked is laughable when I can easily do that for free. So they all seem like scammers to me. But what do I know? What does this even mean, dude? Like, the reason this is a big deal is that people who use OnlyFans for the means they do never really had a revenue to make money that benefited them. Sure, you could get custom videos or go in other directions but the income was split so many ways you had to go out of your way to try and go for it. But OF was a means for control, to be able to charge an amount to provide content people wanted. And this just goes further into the way sex workers have been treated in the media, by governments and society at large. Even social media websites that clamp down on pictures of people’s bodies but not the f***ing Nazis that spread more harmful messaging. And besides conning people from a lot of money, this is a celebrity coming into a space without appreciation for the people in that space and potentially opening a market to making it harder to make good money from that space. |

Good on her for making money and bringing more attention to a platform with potential.

There’s nothing wrong with what they're doing. But for me, someone trying to get to pay them for something like that makes me feel like my intelligence is being insulted. Because sure, that stuff is simple to do, which is why it was this long for something like this to be this accommodating for sexual workers and other people. Her f***ing up OnlyFans has really made life considerably harder and more dangerous for the consensual sex workers who built that platform.
