The Bucks are going after PJ Tucker but Rockets are telling teams they want a player instead of a pick for Tucker. That's going to hurt teams like Lakers, Bucks, etc who don't really have player collateral 76ers are keeping their eyes on Kyle Lowry Boston is looking at a few players from Beal, Harrison Barnes, Oladipo, to Thad Young What do the Rockets want with players? You gonna make a push for the 9th seed? Not like you can't deal picks for players in the off-season, and get somebody who has outgrown their role on another squad. I assume it is young players with upside that is on an inexpensive deal Problem is, you don't really find teams willing to give up young players they just drafted unless there is something wrong with them. Maybe Phoenix moves Jalen Smith for PJ Tucker or you have a situation like Philly where they drafted well and have good young players to move Rockets just want to be cheap tho. They decided they wanted a pick over Jarrett Allen because Allen was due to get paid this offseason

I feel the Refs are the worst part about the league.
I don't mean like "BLARG MY TEAM GOT SCREWED!" I mean like: I'm watching a random game between random teams and during the 9th review of the 4th quarter I just don't give a shit anymore. Then there's a flop or three that are called as fouls and I quit watching for a week or two.

I'd love if the NBA did huge fines and the possibility of suspensions to cut down on flops.IE like if the refs miss a real bad one the next day the league could fine you 50K and 2nd or 3rd offense is a 1 game suspension. Really would get rid of most flopping and especially the most transparent ones where a dude stimulates injury when only the air is touching him.

Mavs have reached out to Warriors to gauge their interest in a potential KP trade
Interesting. This trade def would not include Steph or Klay obviously but I can see Mavs trying to do this trade to get Wiseman and most likely will have to take on Wiggins
No real need to do this trade on the Warriors end tho. Keep your young big man Wiseman unless you somehow luck into an Embiid. You don't need another injury prone player on that roster

They've gotten their asskicked, BADLY BUT the Nets have lost their games to bottom tier teams. They have lost to teams like Det, Cavs (2x), Wizards (2x)

Reserve All Stars:
West: Chris Paul, Paul George, Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Anthony Davis
East: James Harden, Julius Randle, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Zach LaVine, Ben Simmons, Nikola Vucevic
Doubt AD plays so he most likely will be replaced. Chris Paul makes another ASG with his 4th team

I can鈥檛 argue any of the all star spots LOTS of deserving dudes this year. Obviously wish DeRozan had made it, he鈥檚 been great and led the Spurs to way more wins than anyone thought they鈥檇 have. He鈥檚 already got a fire lit under his ass after ESPN had him ranked the 82nd best player so the revenge tour continues when he gets back from being with his family.

I'm just glad that Vucevic got recognized. I thought he was likely to be overlooked with how bad the team has been overall, but he has been fantastic this year.

Tyrese Haliburton is very good at basketball. He鈥檚 going to be the Kings best player, not DeFox.

Boston is not looking good I am very shocked a Brad Stevens coached team has looked this desperate Once Marcus Smart went down the team lost a lot of its grit. Time after time they play too much iso and settle for fadeaway trees instead of moving the ball and driving too the hoop. You'd think after being humiliated on Sunday they would come out with some purpose but nope. On top of that this is the worst roster since 2015. All they got is Tatum and Brown but they can't carry this group by themselves. Kemba has some good nights but hasn't been the same since the knee injury and when he struggles it's worse because he can't play defense. And the bench is too thin. Pritchard, Nesmith and Time Lord have shown a little promise but all have a long way to go. Danny Ainge had a terrible off season. He failed to get anything for Gordon Hayward, Tristan Thompson has been meh at best and Jeff Teague has been a disaster. Thing is I don't know what can be done to fix this. They don't have much to trade besides a Mid-Level Trade Exemption and I don't know if that's enough. Their stockpile of picks have all been used up and the only players on the roster who other teams would want are Tatum, Brown or Smart. They also probably won't have the money to sign an impact free agent. As for Brad Stevens a lot of the shine has come off him. Sometimes I wonder if the players are tuning him out but I'm not ready to move on from him yet. Anyway he just signed an extension in the offseason so I don't think he's going anywhere. Right now the Celtics are in the worst place to be, NBA purgatory. Not good enough to get to the Finals, not bad enough to get a meaningful pick. Hopefully Anige finds he way out of it before Tatum & Brown decide to walk.
