Not much to describe except "really, really good young guy with his whole career ahead of him." Just going to throw out links to two of his matches in AEW (he had a third that was just as good). Kind of a case of, "If he can have matches that good just popping in with no story and no character, just imagine what he'd do with actual good booking."

He honestly feels suited for NJPW. I kind of hope he ends up there one day after seasoning.

Ben Carter would be a stud in the NJPW Junior Heavyweight division.

Ben Carter is the name I think Vince proudly repeats out loud while extending his hands.

Kind of selfish for fans to get pissy over where a guy signs
The man is getting some money in his pocket and is very young. Get your money and if you can make it there, great. If not, your doors are still open

Its not just just AEW: had a great showing vs. Brian Cage at Warrior wrestling and a march on Xplosion vs Sabin all of these matches were in like a three week span. He wasn’t going to leave the US with out a contact somewhere.

Happy for him if it is what he wants. But just wondering, I've seen some online reports saying it was him or suspected that it was him who leaked the AEW results a while back. Any truth?

A lot of reports I’ve seen have the finger pointed at former NXT talent Tino Sabbatelli. Coincidentally, he apparently just got re-signed.

He made the right choice. He's now bulletproof, he's going to be used as the poster child for why it's better to sign with the WWE over AEW, the one they point to when selling the company to others who are on the fence, even though they're likely to be treated as poorly as everyone else.

Ben Carter appeared way after the leaks. It was a former nxt employee , and since jericho said they got rid of the person the leaks stopped.

In the aspect of a Visa, I can’t really blame him for signing with WWE. It helps him at least have some security going forward and he can work NXT UK and make money and not have to worry about his future. As a fan...well, I’m bummed. Like, I have no confidence they’ll know what to do with him since better talent have been treated worse by the company in this point. Which is sad because it used to be completely different at one time. So yeah, good for him. But I’m hoping for the best and expecting the worst as a viewer. The upside for Carter is, he's 22. So hopefully even if this is a flop, he could get out of the company after making some money at say 25 and still be in great shape. Unless he ends up in the shoulder & knee destruction factory known as the performance center.
