Mine is the little one from Flight of the Navigator.
So simple, yet so damn elegant.

Red Dwarf’s Starbug. Super distinct and has survived so many crashes Launchpad would applaud.

To me, nothing will ever top the Millennium Falcon with the old school round radar dish. I’ve tried to collect every version of it from LEGO to the little die cast Hot Wheels versions.

The USS Enterprise from Star Trek. While I have to think about the answer to the question myself, I do have to say that this is a good classic answer. Though I can see some preferring the original movie series redesign, which was also used for the Enterprise-A.

I'm partial to the Kentucky Fried Chicken 11 Herbs and Space Experience. We are 40 light years outside of the buttermilk nebula, although it’s possible that … yeah, this is a sticker

Though I can see some preferring the original movie series redesign, which was also used for the Enterprise-A. I also really liked Discovery's take on it, much moreso than the Kelvin movies' take. It was a lot more true to the spirit of the original design of the ship while modernizing it with VFX technology that didn't exist in 1967. The different warp nacelles were also a nice nod to the NX-01.
Other favorite designs:
Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer Refit USS Enterprise/Enterprise-A
USS Enterprise-D USS Defiant X-Wing TIE Interceptor TIE Defender
Romulan D'deridex-class Warbird

Oh, here's one that hasn't been mentioned (and yes, it is a spaceship according to the game):

i had both ... two of the wee ones too OMG, I had no idea that the toys for that had a bar across the front just because kids are stupid and would stab their each other's eyes out otherwise. I was actually hoping that those ships would also get used in the BSG reboot since they were initially designed for the original run and repurposed for Buck Rogers. Also, who else had Wilma Deering as their first little celebrity crush?

Honestly I’ve always like the massive ones from Independence Day that proceed to destroy all the major cities.
