That's my biggest worry. Everyone's singing Kumbaya about the campfire until it comes time to pay it off, and then it turns into a shit-show.
The hope is that everyone gets along because you have businessmen involved instead of carnies, or at the very least, everyone's contractually obligated to know their role.
On the other hand, AEW doesn't exactly need Impact(or NWA, for that matter), so it could just be as simple as "Kenny Omega and Don Callis are close, Callis can talk for Kenny and Kenny can give Impact the rub in return".
